Reservation Payment Terms:
Please be aware payment is processed for all reservations at the time of the booking being created. A damage deposit will be required on the day of arrival and the amount of this is based on the apartment booked with us.
Reception Opening Hours:
Our Reception closes at 6pm UK Time (18.00). Checking in after 6pm is possible if the preauthorisation damage deposit is paid prior to 6pm on the day of arrival. Check in after 6pm will be via self check in key box entry. Guests arriving after this 6pm will need to prearrange this self check in and will be messaged prior to their arrival with codes and instructions for key box access. We kindly ask that guests arriving after 11pm (23.00) do so quietly as the properties are located in residential areas.
Car Parking :
We recommend local car parking on your booking confirmation depending on where your apartment in located. Parking is possible in local privately owned car parks, parking is not free of charge and is subject to change due to public car park price fluctuations. Please note that this property can only accommodate stag or hen parties with prior arrangement.
Luggage Storage:
The property is able to store luggage after departure for an additional cost at our reception at Monkbar, YO31 7HB. If you would like to arrange this please call our reception. Our reception is located at 7 Lord Mayor's Walk, YO31 7HB.
Damage Deposit :
A pre authorization damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and should be released shortly after check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Apartment Building Information:
Please note the buildings are Grade II listed and over a hundred years old. Some rooms have slightly uneven floors and steep staircases - guests with mobility issues or those traveling with young children should take note of this. Friendly staff are happy to help with luggage if this is an issue.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The accomodations were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The patio was amazing! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was sizeable and well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

The apartment was a great size, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. Location was unbeatable and we were within a 10 minute walk of everywhere. Check in was easy though I did have to message to receive the information to do this which I feel should have already been sent to me. We would highly recommend this apartment, the only reason we rated a 9 was due to us walking in to an apartment that had not been cleaned, still had the previous guests bedsheets and towels everywhere and I was questioned on this when I phoned up to report it, rather than immediately receiving an apology and having someone sent round. Other than this, we can not fault the apartment itself. If it hadn't been for the no service it would have been a 10/10. We would highly recommend staying here.
