Give it a miss
Pros:

View

Cons:

Needs a deep clean. Grime in areas and floors need a good clean. Some cutlery and other utensils not clean. Couch awful material. Unclean. Helicopter noise constant and invasive. Didn't like the area.

Relaxing, amazing countryside, beautiful beaches
Pros:

The views were amazing. The extra bits like the water sport equipment was great to be able to have access to. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in the bedroom and a fan would have helped.

We really enjoyed our stay and would return.
Pros:

We loved the location, looking out on the bay, its quiet, the boys found a love for crabbing. The place was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfy and clean.

Cons:

There was a smell of urine in en-suite bathroom in the bedroom on the right as you go in, the room was clean as was the toilet so we think this may be coming from the flooring. Also because of the position of the bed the bathroom door didn't shut.

It was just fantastic!
Pros:

We were in the Commodore suite and the views were spectacular. We loved seeing the children from the sailing school paddling around on kayaks. Location hard to beat!

Cons:

Really can't think of anything.

We enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Good design, nice view over the water

Cons:

Very noisy at night. Continuous drone from the ship( not your fault) the bed was very squeaky when you moved. Could have done with comfy chairs on the balcony. I had to ask the staff to clean the shower filter

Idyllic little spot to escape to
Pros:

The stunning view from the comfort of living space and fab balcony
Receptionist was very helpful when someone was in our allocated parking space.
Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure.
Kitchen area looked very well equipped although we only used the kettle.

Cons:

Just the noise from neighbouring property, they were not being particularly loud at all, it's just close so sound travels.
Slight hum of what sounded like a generator at night but again neither of these was enough to put us off. The doors and windows had good soundproofing though.

Lovely stay in a slightly quirky accommodation.
Pros:

Good location for the harbour with an excellent view of the harbour and beyond. We woke to see a Dolphin playing in the water below the balcony. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all having good en-suite facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi worked OK. It's located next door to a working shipyard with boats all around, some rusting, which could put people off but WE LOVED IT.

Perfect family stay for us in the penthouse
Pros:

The views and the facilities were excellent

Cons:

The area around was really untidy with boats that were obviously not going to sail again just left rotting away below the lovely balcony. The working marina was ok

Not an ideal start, disappointed with the state of the crockery, et cetera and apartment, was good to be by the water bu
Pros:

Being so close to the water, seeing a dolphin in the harbour.

Cons:

The property had not been serviced when we arrived, we had to wait several hours for it to be ready for us, therefore we didn’t eat our evening meal till 9 pm after a long day travelling. This was not ideal. The crockery was very mismatched old cracked and tired, needs a new set of plates bowls cups, as these can be bought so cheaply cannot see why there was chipped crockery in this apartment. Also a small point but the cutlery there was random knives and forks not a set, one soup spoon and several dessert spoons just really random and not what you would expect in an apartment of this calibre. As previous reviews I read, I would agree and say this is quite an industrial area, glad we were cabin 9 at the end, if you were cabin 3, 4 or 5 then outside one of the bedroom windows will be a permanent generator running day and night.

Pros:

Property was clean, tidy with exceptional views. Watching the helicopters come and go was an extra treat. The design of the hotel itself was quite fitting to the area. Close to bus stops and food store was an advantage. Loved the balcony.

Cons:

was nothing we didn't like.
