Paying fit the electric as we go and could have been warmer e

Black mould in bathroom (bad)
Have to pay for electricity
Damp in bathroom and living room
Dust and dirt all over the place
Dirty/stained bedsheets
Hard bed
Eggy smell
Rotten shitty smell
Broken tv was told to use a smaller one for 1 night and they would change it they never changed it
Condensation in bedroom/living room so bad
Freezing cold rooms with only a small heater
Stated on website towels included now towels given so had to buy our own
Drawers full of dust/dirt
Awful smell in drawers
Smallest heater in living room not enough heat takes 1:30/2 hours to fully heat up and takes around £10 to do this on electricity
Toilet moves unsteady
Small shower and cold water

It's location is great but that's the only positive about our stay

The property smelt.
It was not clean. It was not as outlined. No towels, 2 half empty toilet rolls. No heating or electric. Was told on arrival that as outlined the small print it was a £1 coin payment for electric. But as a gesture of goodwill they had put £5 on to get us started....(booking.com have checked, and there is no mention on their platform). and that they had given us a heater in the lounge and one bedroom, which were filthy with dust. The lounge window didn't shut, defeating the object of a heater. The crockery and inside the kitchen cupboards were filthy. The windows were filthy along with the net curtains. We tried to stay out of the property as much as possible, which wasn't the plan and consequently made for an expensive weekend!! We have contacted booking.com and made an official complaint. Booking.com have tried to make contact with the property. The property are currently ignoring and will not respond....

Wasnt really a problem just didnt realise electric wasnt included in price and had to put coins in meter, so u need a couple pound coins on you while staying there. Electric did go off halfway through boiling kettle and didnt realise about the payment meter till i went and checked fuse board. Only cost about £2 for the 2 nights we were there and there was 5 of us. Everything else was spot on tho so cant fault it

Home from home

Windows are very drifty, the double bed was very uncomfortable, not a massive problem as was only there for 2 nights.
Had to buy cleaning products to clean the kitchen before cooking

The only complaints we had were that the bathroom door was very hard to lock we couldn't get the latch to work and I will say in the double room the bunk bed was absolutely fine the kids had no complaints but the double bed smelt so bad we had to move to the living room im unsure what the smell was its hard to describe.

The bathroom is separate from the flat. Maybe that needs to be mentioned on booking.com.
Apartment being on the top floor, loads of stairs with 2 young children.

Flat wasn’t clean, don’t think the carpet had been hoovered in a while and the shower was disgusting as was the toilet. Coin operated electric meter which wasn’t really that bad considering it was summer don’t think I would have like to stay when it’s colder.
