It was very spacious and cozy. Had a few days of relaxation and rest. Local to all food restaurants. Was very warm with radiators. No noise from other people. Very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Thankyou
Basic accommodation at the lowest point for any accommodation in that area. There are no staff on site the checking in is done online. Be aware of the security deposit. Its not like a normal hotel you sign a tenancy agreement and are renting an apartment. Is it the size of a hotel bedroom with a kitchen sink a microwave and a kitchen cupboard in the bedroom with private ensuite bathroom...which has a shower sink and toilet. It's good value. After you pat the security deposit which I suggest you do before you arrive your given 3 codes. One for the front door which opens after tapping in the number on the keypad outside. .Next door is the for door to the block your room is in and finally an electronic fob activated by putting your hand over it then it flashes an electronic key pad to tap in the 3rd number given and your in the apartment...I'd like to thank booking.com who made sure my security deposit was returned to me quickly after checkout time and after the room was cleaned..before lunchtime I got the cash back. Overall can't really complain for the price.
Main door not functioning and nor opening once number was tapped onto the outside key pad. There was another door a bit further down also with keypad entrance but it looked like a like of storage facility with no access to the main building..The hot water was boiling hot. . There was an given seemed a bit on how to correct this connecting to the central heating within the unit which was electric and the thermostat so I didn't have time the to follow this.

Great Location close to the town centre. Bed was comfy. Staff on the opposite end of the chat quick to respond and friendly. Price unmatched to other hotels in the area by a long way. Room was a fair size and bright. My room came at £94 for 3 nights to which the next best hotel was offering £174 so you can forgive the minor imperfections. If your working in the area like myself and just need a place to sleep for a good price you can't go wrong.
The room was clean but not Clean clean. Lots of marks on the wall, carpet bad and toilet room not great. Dont get me wrong it was clean, but maybe the word I'm looking for is tired?

The toilet was smelling of urine, there was dust and spiderwebs on side bed table,skating boards peeling off in bathroom, shower very hot could not regulate temperature. Noone on site to assist.
Location was good room was perfect for our needs
Due to carpark opposite the window, the room was very light all night, could do with black out blinds, there also wasn't a plug in bathroom sink

I have listed all the complaints from shower issues to heating not working, broken electric sockets and bathroom fan broken
I liked the comfort of the bed, and that I was able to wash my clothes, also if I needed or wanted fresh bedding/towels plus extra coffee, sugar and milk I was always able to receive it..
Well the first 7days I had no internet no excess to the TV no TV aerial the due to no internet in the building communal kitchen was reasonably on hygienic dirty kitchen sides was filthy nor former cleaning for the first three days kitchen window open wide 24 hours a day with thickness of bird s*** how generically the kitchen was not up to fit of use cupboards were dirty mouldy lack of clutterey i.e knifes forks ect, dirty pots and pans it's not acceptable for anyone to cook food not worth the money I have spent for a long stay there was also a dirty dusty's fitness of dust on a Hoover under kitchen sink far to un hygienic for the money I've spent acceptable even environmental health wouldn't approve !!!!
