Все хорошо, но!
Pros:

1. В номере есть все необходимое: чайник, телевизор, фен, стиральная машина, сейф. Техника в рабочем состоянии, чайник чистый, без накипи. Полотенца и халаты как новенькие.
2. Расположение удобное. Отель находится у набережной, до ключевых точек города 2-4км. На районе много магазинов и кафе. Легко добраться от аэропорта.
3. Регистрация быстрая, удобная, вход в номера по карточкам, в самих номерах есть несколько вариантов подсветки, с терассы на удивление не дует, температура комфортная.
4. Завтраки хорошие: шведский стол + возможность индивидуального завтрака на случай, если на стандартный завтрак вы опаздываете. На выбор есть разные овощи, фрукты, каши, орехи и торт/кекс в качестве десерта.
5. Номер просторный и чистый, кровать удобная, большая. Терасса - лучшее место в отеле!

Cons:

1. В номере плохо работает вай-фай, не меняются расходники (полотенца, гели для душа, постельное и тд).
2. Ресепшен находится в другом здании, как и ресторан для завтраков, что делает проживание чуть менее комфортным.
3. В номере иногда барахлит карточка - включает сигнализацию, будто кто-то пытается вломиться. Один раз номер полностью заблокировался, для решения проблемы пришлось идти на ресепшен.
4. С балкона открывается вид на стройку. Море, конечно, тоже есть. Но стройки больше.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The location couldn’t be better — close to the sea and airport, with shops, markets, and pharmacies just around the corner. 🌊✈️

The area is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. My room was cozy and clean, and the view from the balcony was just beautiful! 😍

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay with everything nearby, I definitely recommend this hotel. I’d love to come back again soon! 💙

Unfortunately it eas gery bad experience for me.

Cons:

It wasnt clean at all. We found lots of hair in washbasin and in the bad. It was worst experience for me.

There are a lot of flaws. Can be improved.
Pros:

Staff is good and welcoming.

Cons:

- Breakfast room is too small and food is so-so. Too many people. The floor was not cleaned. The organisation needs to be reviewed.
- my room had a very old-fashioned and non efficient air conditioning. It takes 40 min to refresh the room.
- Too much outside noises, until 4 am sometimes ! My room was not soundproof well.
- At some point, my room cards stopped working. I have to ask other tourists to help me take the elevetor (my room was on floor 9). I was lucky to encounter someone each time.

Disappointing stay - unhelpful staff, poor problem-solving, water outage, and facilities below expectations.
Pros:

• The sea view from the windows is beautiful.
• There are shops and a pharmacy nearby.
• The airport is not far away.

Cons:

• The check-in process was unacceptable. The reception sign clearly says check-in from 15:00, but I had requested an early check-in for 13:00 many months in advance, and they had confirmed it in writing. Despite that, our room was still not ready even after 15:00. The receptionist spoke to me in an spoke in an irritated manner. We ended up checking in only after 5 pm.
• There was a full-day water outage. Even after the promised time for restoration, the water never came back. When I went to reception to ask, the woman simply said, “I don’t know, go buy some water,” without any apology or attempt to check the situation.
• Constant drilling noise during the day - impossible to rest properly.
• No proper cleaning service during the stay. They didn't come and offer cleaning or replacement of towels
• On some floors where pets are allowed, there was a strong dog smell.
• The swimming pool looks nothing like in the pictures - in reality it is tiny, more like a bathtub.
• Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and our vacation was ruined.
