Расположение в центре, но соотвественно, парковки платные. Очень долго разбирались, как платить.

Cons:

Очень грязно, стена трескается, дом снаружи трескается. Душ прямо в туалете, нет шторки, душевой, нет чего-то, чем можно убрать воду, дверь в туалет не закрывается полностью, у унитаза очень грязно.

Pros:

Helpful owner, free common washing machine with washing powder. Great location in very center of old Tbilisi.

Cons:

View from window was wall. Maby other rooms had better. Only bright lights. Cracks on the walls.

Pros:

Lovely comfortable room, clean and big bathroom! Excellent wifi and shared kitchen was handy. The owners were so lovely and sweet to me as I was very sick while staying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town on a historic street next to the music academy, where you can hear the beautiful piano playing, which adds a special ambience that completely immerses you in the history of the city. Additionally, There is also a bakery open every morning, from which all sorts of sweet and appetizing smells waft out.
The location is really well, you just need to go down to Rustaveli Avenue and walk straight ahead. And my advice to everyone - don't use any transportation. Just walk down the avenue to Freedom Square, then turn off onto the oldest street, Kote Afkhazi Street, when you get to the end of the street you will get to Rike Park, the road is worth it.

And of course, the house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The nice and educated host will always advise you where to go and will always have a kind chat with you. Thank you, everything was wonderful.

Pros:

Very supportive staff and management. We appreciate their kind assistance and guidance in addressing our daily issues. As well as in keeping our luggage till our departure. Clean, and nice location. Perfect open space for an evening drink or coffee.

More shelves in the bathroom and a door to be fixed
