Maybe it will be better In winter - it was not too clean
Pros:

Good location in Bakuriani you can park in front

Cons:

Everything seemed to be abandoned
The room was not very clean we found a lot of hairs in the bed. We checked the room before we booked it but didn’t lift the blanked and see that afterwards. Also in the wardrobe we found used towels. Weird.

Water was not working but after 10 minutes they got it working again. Overall we seemed to be the only people in the building.
