Я давно искало место, в котором можно просто отдохнуть, расслабиться в тишине. И для себя я его нашла. Понравилось абсолютно все! В номере есть все, что необходимо. А если, чего то вам не хватает, то просто спросите у Дианы. Диана, спасибо за такой прекрасный отдых и за вкусный презент. Процветания вашему отелю! Однозначно приеду сюда ещё!

Отличное место! Все соответствует фотографиям и описанию. На территории есть все необходимое - бассейн, просторная зона для барбекю под крышей, с большим столом и всеми удобствами, включая свет, раковину, воду и прочее, множество цветов и растений.

Диана была очень гостеприимна и дружелюбна - нам было максимально комфортно.

Cons:

Из небольших минусов - не самая простая дорога до дома. Таксисты туда приезжают, но не скрывают свое недовольство)

Per poter mantenere il paradiso tale, i proprietari di casa prestano molto tempo alla cura degli spazi.
La stessa attenzione è riservata agli ospiti.
Ci siamo sempre sentiti a nostro agio e ogni richiesta ed esigenza è stata assecondata.
Il posto in sè è bellissimo - basta guardare le fotografia - ed il calore dell'accoglienza non la dimenticheremo.
L'appartamento era nuovo, funzionale e piacevole allo stesso tempo e ovviamente molto pulito.
Lo suggerirei sia a chi cerca un punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni, sia per chi deve soggiornare più a lungo.

Cons:

Niente. Come segnalato, la parte finale della strada è un po' impervia, ma raggiungibile senza problemi sia da moto che da automobili.

Классный просторный номер, есть все необходимое и даже рожковая кофе машина 😊
Из номера потрясающий вид на море и буйство зелени.
Во дворе есть бассейн и шикарный сад, очень красивый, ухоженный.

Все было чудесно!!! Когда я читала отзывы о данном гестхаузе до поездки, то думала, что все уж очень сильно нахваливают одинаковыми словами и дом и хозяев. Но погостив у этих замечательных людей, я поняла-других слов не найти! У Дианы на всех хватает любви, искренности и желания помочь. Прекрасный дом, сад, все обустроено со вкусом и любовью! Нам было очень комфортно!!! В предыдущих отзывах есть более подробные описания помещений, территории, бассейна, беседки, оборудования, кроватей - все соответствует данным положительным оценкам. Мы с большим сожелением покинули этот райский уголок, но в душе осталось теплота и любовь к Диане и к ее дому))) Мечтаем вернуться сюда !

Best place to stay in Batumi
Pros:

A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation.

Beautifully located, luxurious studios in the Batumi area. A lush, soothing environment close to the Batumi Botanical Gardens (definitely worth a visit!). The studio was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped (especially the washing machine was a welcome bonus after days of hiking in Svaneti).
The hospitable hosts, who speak several languages, made us feel right at home. Over a cup of coffee, we had a lovely chat about the area, Spain, and the Netherlands. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking to stay in the green surroundings of Batumi!

Pros:

It has a wonderful garden with roses and a swimming pool (very clear, without smell and leaves). The barbeque area are well-kept. The beach is 20 minutes. Our apartment was number 1 which has a balcony where you could enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Everything is spotless. The premises are made tastefully with an attention to every detail. Diana (owner of the house) is extremely nice and attentive. I'd say this is the best place in this region!

Nothing actually. I read in previous reviews that taxi’s can not find the location most of the time; we also experienced that. However, if you walk 5 min to the bus stop at the big road, it is not a problem at all. Going back is easy, just guide the taxi to the correct exit at the big road (2nd after the busstop, straight up).
