Pros:

Номер был чистым. Каждый день меняли полотенца, мусор выбрасывали. Номер находился на третьем этаже с винтовой лестнице без лифта. Эта лестница убивала. Да и балкон общий на втором этаже, хотя писалось, что в нашем номере будет балкон. Белье сушить негде было, хотя в номере находится стиральная машина и змеевик с подогревом в ванной комнате, который был поломан.Номер под крышей. Каждый раз или в спвльне или на кухне или в туалете бьешься головой. Ну как -то так... Расположение отличное.

Cons:

Лестница, отсутствие балкона в номере. Крыша об которую все время да бьешься головой.

Pros:

Замечательный маленький отель. Все комфортно, чисто, прекрасная терраса, на которой утром или вечером приятно посидеть. Нас все устроило. Отель территориально подходит , чтобы исследовать достопримечательности Тбилиси.
Спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство.

Appartamento super spazioso in zona silenziosa a due passi dal centro
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questa bellissima struttura. La posizione è ottima, la zona è molto silenziosa e si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Tbilisi. L'appartamento è veramente grande, cosi come il bagno e la doccia, è molto pulito e dispone anche della cucina e del frigo. Proprietaria sempre super disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio vivamente.

Charming Location, Awkward Layout
Pros:

Excellent Location: The apartment is situated on a quiet street, yet very close to the city center, entertainment areas, and main transport routes.

Well Equipped: The apartment is fully stocked, especially the bathroom and kitchen – everything you might need is there.

Fair and Efficient Service: The host was responsive and accommodating, especially when we had an unexpected late check-in.

Calm and Private: Being on the top floor gives a sense of privacy and quiet.

Cons:

Strange Layout: The apartment has an odd structure – it's an attic with sloped ceilings. In several parts of the bedroom and kitchen, you have to crouch due to low ceiling height.

Accessibility Issues: Access to the apartment requires climbing about 40 stairs, many of which are steep and high. This is difficult for kids or when carrying luggage.

Cash Only Payment: The host only accepts cash, which isn’t ideal and can catch you off guard if you’re not prepared.
