Mantainance Notice: The Pavilion Mooloolaba, an independent restaurant next to Mantra Mooloolaba Beach, is undergoing renovations to enhance its services. Work occurs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with some noise expected, finishing by December 2025. Hotel facilities remain unaffected. We appreciate your understanding.

Disappointed with the dark dismal apartment.
Pros:

Seafront ,esplanade, parking, near all facilities.

Cons:

We were very disappointed as I expected a Seaview, to be told all rooms don’t have a Seaview and that when I completed the booking form I should have seen a list of views to choose from, which I didn’t see!
We had paid alot of money for 5 nights. My friend visiting from the UK I assumed a large hotel on the esplanade we would automatically have a lovely view. However they offered us a room on the eighth floor with an extra cost of almost $300.
We were unable to pay any extra fee.
Also unimpressed that we had to take our dirty towels down to reception to exchange for clean ones. No room service, no cleaning facilities to clean the bathroom or the apartment!

Dirty accommodation and water issues made the stay in Mooloolaba less pleasant. would not recommend.
Pros:

The three bedroom unit was lovely the one bedroom was filthy. Warning notice left on the door that there would be water disruption that was discovered too late.

Cons:

cleanliness level - cobwebs - could see dirt on floor in corners as if the mopping was only done in the centre of room. Water disruption with no warning or offer to move to a different room.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Close to every amenity one could want or need whilst at Mooloolaba. Staff were wonderful and apartment had all the comforts of home.
