Very comfortable studio for our 2 night stay.
Pros:

Very clean , and very nice bathroom, and a lovely little studio . Good location .

Cons:

Not that we didn’t like , just had read about a communal kitchen , but had no instructions or directions as to where it was . Was a bit hard to find and a bit too far to walk to make a bit of breakfast from the studio we were in . Maybe a toaster in the studio wouldn’t be a bad idea as a suggestion , and a note explaining where the kitchen is located ? The studio was obviously attached to the private house , so didn’t realise the main accommodation was further along the track from where we had been directed to go . Just a little lack of communication I think.

We enjoyed our stay on Margsret River, lovely area.
Pros:

The room was a good size, nice comfy bed. Having a coffee machine with pods, microwave and fridge were useful

Cons:

There was a hole under the verandah where rats were going in and out of. There was a smell of a dead animal, reported to Noel who communicated he had checked under the room. Noel didn’t respond to my message with a photo I sent him of the hole and a rat coming out. This was disappointing as we couldn’t use the outside bath due to the rats. A suggestion of washing up detergent and a cloth to wash the dishes would be of use.

Gorgeous Retreat
Pros:

Great four nights stay. Accommodation tastefully decorated. Comfortable large bed & great shower. Outside in a private courtyard is a bath - lovely to use lying in bubbles (bath bubbles provided) and looking at the stars. Courtyard also has outside table & chairs where we ate in the evening. There is kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge & microwave in the room as well as crockery & cutlery & small food prepare area where we prepared breakfast and salads. There is large communal kitchen with facilities to cook with a dining area. We preferred eating in our own courtyard so we cooked there and took it to our courtyard. Then returned dirty plates etc to the dishwasher in the communal kitchen & collected fresh crockery etc
Super location to explore the area and the relax in the evening. Good WiFi & Smart TV.

Cons:

The communal kitchen was unusual arrangement but it worked. In our 4 day stay I only encountered 2 other people at different times preparing food in the kitchen. I have shared photos of communal kitchen as when I booked I couldn’t find any.

Fantastic.
