I will never attempt to book another night at your hotel.

It was impossible to find your Hotel. I think you guys should close it down permanently.

The host was great. Also the view.

Cons:

There is no reception, so we just randomly met the guy, another family came in and asked us how they could check in because he was not there. There was no hot water in the shower. The wifi is really slow.

Verouderde accomodatie.

Doet hard zijn best om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk he maken. Mooi dakterras met zicht op Flores.

Cons:

Zwembad was niet proper genoeg om te zwemmen. Gebouw is erg verouderd.
Gezien de ligging niet evident om op elk moment in Flores te geraken.

Malchanceux, mais un endroit confortable
Pros:

À savoir que nous avons été très malchanceux avec la météo : il a plu lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement des installations extérieures (piscine, terrasse, vue, etc.) donc notre évaluation concerne seulement notre chambre et notre hôte. Notre hôte a été extrêmement efficace pour répondre à nos demandes, très aidant et plein de bonnes intentions, il a répondu à nos questions et nous a même organisé un transport en lancha à 4h30 le jour de notre check out. Le service de lessive était abordable et rapide.

Cons:

Nous avons eu l'impression que la chambre n'avait pas été utilisée depuis un moment puisqu'à notre arrivée, lorsque nous avons démarré l'air climatisé, des petits débris d'insectes desséchés ont été craché dans la pièce et sur notre lit, ce qui a mis des doutes quand à la propreté de l'endroit. Cela dit, notre hôte est rapidement venu nettoyer et changer nos draps. Le lendemain matin, un ménage de la chambre en profondeur a été fait.
Vu la pluie, nous avons un peu regretté de devoir prendre des lanchas pour se rendre à Flores.

Hotel 100% recomendado
Pros:

Mynor que es el encargado es una persona espectacular. Se nota que es muy noble y está dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Para llegar al hotel hay que tomar una lancha desde isla de flores y está a tan solo 3 minutos aprox (solo hay que cruzar de un lado a otro) y el nos ayudó a conseguirla a la hora que necesitáramos. Cómo llegamos en un vuelo de la mañana y nos sentíamos un poco enfermos, le solicitamos entrar antes a la habitación y fue demasiado amable al permitirnos hacerlo, adelantando las labores de limpieza para podernos recibir. La habitación es grande y la cama es cómoda. La vista es espectacular en las mañanas y las tardes, directa al lago. Recomiendo este hospedaje 100%

Me gustó todo de este hotel!
No ofrecen desayuno pero cerca hay un sitio muy rico. El baño en ocasiones tiene un olor un poco desagradable.
