Pros:

Kind owner and close to the sea

Cons:

The bed and the couch are extremely uncomfortable (the bed squeaks with even the slightest movement). The terrace is indeed spacious, but you can't really enjoy it because there's not enough shade. The sun umbrella is practically useless – first, it hangs awkwardly (and we were constantly worried it would get blown over onto the cars because of the wind), and second, it's too small for the length of the terrace. There's practically no shade until the evening (even the morning sun is too strong, and since one part of the house is lower than the other, there's no shade from the building itself either). As a result, we practically didn’t use the terrace at all. We were sad about it because usually, during our vacation, we like to spend as much time as possible outside (we rest, cook etc). The apartment is also too small for four people; when you pull out the couch in the living-dining area, there isn’t enough space left. Therefore, I believe the apartment does not justify its price.

Uredan i dobro opremljen apartman, blizina plaže, jako ljubazna domaćica uvijek na raspolaganju. Jako sam zadovoljan i ako me put nanese vratiti ću se opet.

Esperienza pessima!
Sono rimasto molto deluso per questo comportamento.
Mi sono stati richiesti ulteriori 30 euro da pagare in contanti per la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante sulla pagina di Booking.com al momento della prenotazione era chiaramente specificato "incluse tasse e costi".
Nonostante le mie rimostranze, ho pagato ugualmente, e solo successivamente il Servizio Assistenza Clienti di Booking.com, al quale ho presentato formale reclamo, ha riconosciuto le mie ragioni, provvedendo al rimborso dell'importo extra saldato, ma evidentemente, non dovuto. Chiaramente non contesto né la tassa di soggiorno né l'importo, se va saldata a parte va bene, ma ritengo sia più corretto richiederla al momento della prenotazione e non a posteriori.
Davvero encomiabile invece il servizio di Booking.com, esemplare!!

- kisbolt, két étterem szinte a zomszédban

- minimális bekészítés, amikor rákérdeztünk, az volt a válasz, hogy ezeket magunknak kell biztosítani (wc papír, konyhai mosogató szivacs vagy kapszula a mosogatógépbe, szemetes zsák, kézmosó szappan); nem nagy dolgok, de ezt általában a szállásadó biztosítja
- a második napon elromlott a vízmelegítő, így csak az egyik zuhanyzót tudtuk használni (hatan), mosogatni hideg vízzel lehetett; nem reagáltak, amikor írtunk, csak az utolsó estén jött el a hölgy, hogy elmondja sajnálja, de nem tudták ezen a héten oldani...

Pros:

Martina è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione per una famiglia come noi era pressochè perfetta.. con una caletta dove i bimbi hanno potuto giocare senza preoccupazioni. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo.
