Alloggio molto spazioso in centro
Pros:

Appartamento molto grande, ben arredato, luminoso. Due camere da letto e un divano letto in soggiorno. Molto comodo e praticamente in centro (7 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale). Comunicazione veloce e gentile con l'host.

Cons:

Solo due piccolezze, phon non funzionante e mancanza di the/tisane (solo xche c'è la macchina x l acqua calda)

L'emplacement.

Cons:

- Pas de parking gratuit autour. Il faut compter 30 minutes de marche si vous chercher un parking gratuit.
- Poussière sur les meubles.
- Canapé lit cassé et dangereux.
- Trous dans les draps.
- Bruit extérieur, on entend tout.
- Si vous aimez vous faire insulté appeler l'hôte. (Insulte gratuite).

Apartamento amplo, limpo e perto de tudo, o que nos ajudou a conhecer mais da cidade. Recomendo
Pros:

Localização excelente, em frente ao metrô e bem próximo do centro turístico , bem perto de tudo. O apartamento é bem espaço, limpo e bem equipado, fui super bem atendido pelo anfitrião que me atendeu sempre que precisei.

Cons:

A falta de elevador atrapalhou um pouco na questão das malas, pois tivemos que vencer muitas escadas.

Cons:

A fuir. La personne ment par téléphone vous donne des fausses directives puis manipule par message. Je me suis fait voler 257€. La personne du service client de booking s'est faite insultée par le gérant très violemment. Un conseil ne réservait surtout pas il y a une investigation sur l'établissement. En attendant qu'il soit supprimé de booking je vous conseille d'aller ailleurs.

If you need to be in very center of Brussels, good place from which you can go by feet or by tram/underground.

Cons:

Very loud surrounding: construction, loud crowds in the night. Windows right to the central square. Old stairs.

La ubicación excepcional.

Cons:

El sofá cama estaba roto, el niño durmió en el suelo, el lavavajillas no funcionaba estaba inundado, en la cocina faltaba menaje, una olla o un cazo estaría bien. Lo peor es la falta de respuesta del propietario.

Doporučila bych toto ubytování jako pohodlné spíš pro dva. Byli jsme zde čtyři dospělí - rodina.
Pros:

Výborné místo. K dispozici Welcome book, kde byly užitečné tipy a informace - využili jsme.

Cons:

Za okny hlučela asi nějaká klimatizace, ale v zimě při zavřených oknech a únavě z výletů to tolik nevadilo:-)
Drahé parkování v podzemní garáži.

В плохом состоянии мебель : явно были потопы и вся мебель облупленная и вздутая. Фен сгоревший; телевизор есть, но формальный - нет сети вещания, нет приложений для просмотра.
