Très bien placé, à proximité de tout. Seul bémol, le
Parking un peu cher 60€ pour 2 jours.

Cons:

3ème étages sans ascenseur, avec une prothèse à la hanche et une valise à monter , C'était pas le plus cool.
Mais omis cela , L'appartement très confortable.

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The bath was very high and difficult to get in and out of. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. There was no washing machine as stated in the list of items found. The owner promised to pay the laundry back but nothing has been received yet. The owner never took our calls but only spoke to us on chat. The place needs a revamp. The freezer was full of ice and things to not freeze. The fridge barely kept things cold.

Perfect for exploring the City
Pros:

We were singers from a choir and had booked four of the five appartments. The location for our purposes was perfect. There is a metro station right below it. It is a bit noisy but it is in the city center. And although the appartment might have seen better days it had everything what we needed.

Cons:

No one was expecting the heat wave so neither we nor the appartment was prepared for it. There were fans in the apparement which helped though.

L’appartement est grand et le lit de la grande chambre est bon. (Qualité du matelas)

Cons:

Le sol dans la salle de bain aurait besoin d’être remplacé. Il faudrait aussi insister sur le fait que l’appartement est au 6 ieme sans ascenseur et que les grosses valises vont être difficiles à monter dans les chambres vu la largeur de l’escalier internes. Il y avait même pas une bouteille d’eau fraîche au réfrigérateur… et 30 degrés dans les chambres…

Great location and well equipped kitchen but the property is in need of maintenance and new bedding.
Pros:

Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc.

Cons:

A large hole in the bed sheet isn't acceptable - buy new bedding. The bathrooms had mould and peeling paint on walls and towel rail, and the shower door wouldn't close - Fix the ventilation, replace the towel rail and shower door and redecorate. The front door handle is falling off - get it fixed. One of the chairs was broken - fix or replace.

Great location to main sites in Brussels and station.

Cons:

It was sweltering outside, with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees; the windows wouldn’t open and there was no air conditioning, so it was like being in sauna, which wasn’t great for our health. There were two small electric fans, but they were very weak and completely inadequate. Also, there were three of us, so we needed to use the sofa bed, but no bedding had been provided for it. We sent messages and phoned the staff to enquire, but received no reply.

God beliggenhed, men har nogle mangler
Pros:

Beliggenhed var virkelig god. Senge og sofa var behagelige, nyt tv og stort køkken. Personale var hurtig til at svare på beskeder. Det var en stor lejlighed med god plads til 3-4 personer.

Cons:

Vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes og der var ikke tilstrækkelig med ventilation, kun to gamle ventilatorer, dette var et stort problem i 35 grader. Køleskabet var ikke særlig koldt, og der var ikke ovn selvom det blev lovet i beskrivelsen. Væggene og gardiner var ulækre, med bussemænd og andet skidt. Vi havde forventet 2 værelser, men det var kun en lille skillevæg der adskilte seng fra stue.

Falta de climatización, calor insoportable. Sábanas rotas o inexistentes. La campana extractora y el secador de pelo no funcionan. Un sólo WC para 7 personas. Sillas rotas

La ubicación

La atención de Sam, siempre estuvo dispuesto a atendernos

Las camas súper cómodas, pudimos descansar mucho

Cons:

La cocina no estaba tan limpia, sobre todo la estufa

Son muchas escaleras para subir maletas

Los ventiladores estaban dañados aunque Sam atendió nuestra necesidad y nos reemplazo 2 pienso que es indispensable por lo menos 3 en esta época del año que el verano es fuerte
