Cons:

Старі , трухлі рушники. Немає кухонного приладдя. Просто жахлива б/у губка для посуди. У басейні брудні дзеркала та вікна.

Good location and fair value for the price
Pros:

Location in the city, the building is fairly new and decently looking inside. The staff at the reception was professional. The apartment is cozy and fairly clean.

Cons:

The washing machine is missing (even though the description states it is present), the dishwasher is present but not working and the equipment for washing dishes we had to buy ourselves. The cooking equipment and cutlery was modest. The furniture is a bit worn out, but decent. The internet is barely usable.
The car parking/garage was not reserved even though we asked for it when we were booking and also it is priced 25e per day which is an expense we didn't expect. For anyone that needs the info (as the garage doesn't specify the allowed height), we managed to go in with 2.3m but just barely.

Un engaño por parte del alojamiento y booking

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido reservando con Booking. Las fotografías publicadas no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con la realidad: muestran habitaciones modernas, limpias y cuidadas, pero lo que recibí fue una habitación en un estado lamentable. La suciedad era evidente desde el primer momento: manchas en los muebles, polvo acumulado, mal olor y un aspecto general de abandono. Parecía un lugar que no había sido limpiado en mucho tiempo.

Solicité un cambio de habitación de inmediato y me lo rechazaron sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa. Informé a Booking de la situación y me indicaron claramente que debía abandonar el alojamiento debido al mal estado de la habitación. Sin embargo, el establecimiento no solo no solucionó nada, sino que además ignoró por completo mis intentos de comunicación. Prometieron varias veces que me contactarían y que gestionarían un reembolso, pero nunca lo hicieron. Volví en persona hasta tres veces durante mis vacaciones —perdiendo tiempo y paciencia— y lo único que recibí fue indiferencia y falta total de profesionalidad.

El personal, lejos de ayudar, mostró una actitud grosera y despreocupada, insinuando incluso que no tenían por qué atenderme a pesar de que el problema lo habían generado ellos. A día de hoy, sigo sin recibir ninguna solución ni el reembolso que ellos mismos aseguraron que se procesaría.

Un alojamiento totalmente engañoso, sucio y sin ningún respeto por el cliente. Una vergüenza que Booking permita este tipo de establecimientos en su plataforma. No recomiendo este sitio bajo ninguna circunstancia.
