I wouldn’t advise booking The Western Hotel, it caused us great grief and financial loss.
Pros:

Unfortunately did not get to see the apartment as the hotel put us into the main building to try to scam us.

Cons:

I would strongly advise caution when booking this hotel, especially for students or younger travelers. While the initial room rate may seem affordable, the hotel requires a €100 deposit per room. In our experience, this deposit was not returned, and we were not given a clear explanation at checkout.
When we followed up, we were told there were issues with our stay, but these claims did not reflect our experience and were never communicated to us at the time. It felt as though reasons were being created after the fact to justify keeping the deposit

Cons:

Ce serait classe de mettre une bouteille d'huile et de vinaigre, ainsi qu'un peu de sel. Une pince pour attraper le pain grillé dans le toasteur serait également bien utile.

Staff were rude and I could not get through to speak with a manager. Won’t be booking here again. Paid almost €400 to stay and they wanted an extortionate amount of €350 for a ‘security deposit’ when we were checking in. The photos were completely false to what you were paying to stay there. 2 beds for 4 people and was asked to pay another €60 if we wanted a separate bed however there was nowhere to put a spare bed! Its name was St. Bridget’s terrace on the booking but it’s actually run by The Western Hotel! False advertisement. Never again

Pros:

Location was perfect balance of not too close, not too far away. Very manageable for light traveling and conscious budget. Groceries and supplies within walking distance or nights on the town.

Cons:

Back alley entrance/side street was busy with car traffic and foot traffic. Just something to be aware of.
