Pros:

The location was excellent. We didn't have high expectations—we were simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep, knowing we wouldn't be spending much time at the property. Considering the price, it offered good value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during our stay. Overall, it's a great option if you're just looking for a place to sleep rather than somewhere to spend the entire day.

Cons:

The sheets did not appear to be clean, and we found hair residue on the bedding upon arrival. The shower and toilet were generally clean; however, water leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The towels provided were stained and appeared unclean, so we had to purchase our own.

The neighbors were also very noisy, and the walls were extremely thin, making it possible to hear almost everything. Since the kitchen was shared, one of the neighbors started preparing breakfast at around 6:00 a.m., and the noise easily carried into our room, making it difficult to sleep.

The table and chairs on the terrace were also dirty and covered with bird droppings, so we couldn't comfortably use the outdoor seating area.

המקום מקסים ונעים מתאים לזוג, מיקום מעולה, הדירה מוארת ושקטה, זו דירת חדר עורפית עם מרפסת קטנטונת הפונה לגן מאיר. הצוות ענה בזריזות והיו אדיבים. בטוח נחזור שוב.

לשיפור על מנת להרים את הדירה מטובה למצוינת:
ניקיון דרוש שיפור (מקלחת, חלונות, מרפסת)
היו בעיות תחזוקה שהערנו לצוות, נקווה שתוקנו (מים מציפים מהמקלחון, חיזוק מושב, שרותים) הטלויזיה לא עבדה
היתה אי התאמה בין התמונה בפירסום למציאות. (בתמונות הדירה עם ספה בנוסף למיטה, במציאות לא.)
הדירה (חדר) הרגישה קטנה יותר מבפירסום.

המיקום של החדר ממש טוב ומרכזי, אפשר לטייל ברגל לכל מקום. החדר נקי ונעים ויש גם מרפסת טובה עם נוף לפארק

Cons:

ניקוז של מים במקלחת היה כנראה קצת סתום והמים התנקזו באיטיות ולכן יצאו מגבולות המקלחון אבל זה זניח לעומת היתרונות

В целом впечатление очень хорошее. Рекомендуем к посещению. Персонал открыт и старается максимально обеспечить комфорт.

Cons:

Все что имело место как - не нравилось либо что -то не устраивало, персонал оперативно устранял. Поэтому в целом все ок.

סך הכול בסדר . לא הייתי חוזר לשם .יחס גרוע , שילמנו מחיר פרמיום על חדר שבור ויחס מתנשא.

קיבלנו חדר שבור , היה רעש כל הזמן מהחדר השכן ובכללי אין ממש סינון ראשים מהחדרים שליד . לפעמים מרגיש שהקירות עשווים מנייר . המארית לא עונה אחרי השעה 18:00 שזה באסה בהתחשב המחיר שאנחנו משלמים
