Urbanica Carmel- Apartments

I thought I had booked a good hotel and I even asked in advance about a late checkout option, but I quickly realized this stay was not acceptable.

The bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that made me feel nauseous. I messaged the staff, and the only “solution” offered was to pour water into the bathtub drain. I tried that, but it didn’t help. Because of the odor and the overall situation, I left the hotel first thing in the morning. The owner did not offer an alternative room or any other option, and did not come to check the issue personally.

The next morning I asked for a refund, but I never received any response.

Additional problems:

There was no soap at the bathroom sink. I was told to use the body-wash from the bathtub instead.

The coffee machine did not work.

There was no kettle in the kitchen.

The electric stove did not work.

The room door did not lock properly when closed, meaning other guests could potentially enter. I could not leave my belongings in the room because it was not secure.

None of these issues received a proper response or solution during my stay. I paid over €150 for what turned into a very unpleasant and disappointing experience, and I expect this to be addressed appropriately.

הדירה פונה לכביש ראשי ושומעים את הרעש. לא פגשנו את הצוות. החדר קטן ואין בו אפילו כיסא או שרפרף! לא הכל עובד- מכונת הקפה לא עבדה, מנורות הקריאה-כנ"ל (לא ברור מאיפה מדליקים אותן), שקע חשמלי תלוי בחופשיות על הקיר...(זה מסוכן). בקיצור- לא מספיק מטופח.

No one "refreshed" the room before the arrival. It had smell of a room that was closed for a long time. I think it was nice to have some coffe and tea bags, and the batteries for the TV remote replace.

Parking was a problem. Not enough space or ability to have any food in room, with no breakfast option

חסר מגבות פנים ומגבת לרצפה. המיקום קצת רועש

Было одно большое полотенце, оно несомненно было чистое, но видать старое или пересушенное, оно порвалось и треснуло при легком использовании, причём ожидалось, что в шкафу будет лежать ещё хоть одно сменное полотенце, но его там не было. Неплохо было бы, чтоб в шкафу лежало пару чистых полотенец, халат и одноразовые тапочки, они стоят копейки, но зимой пол всё таки холодный, а возить с собой тапки это перебор. Стоянка описанная была занята явно не жильцами, поэтому пришлось искать стоянку дальше по улице, а они платные.

לא היו מים חמים בבוקר , מגבות צריך כבר לקנות חדשות , לא היה עוד נייר טואלט נאלצנו לקנות , לא היתה מראה על הקיר רק קטנה במקלחת .. סה״כ סביר אבל טעון שיפור
