The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor.
There are three parking spaces directly opposite the apartment entrance. One of them is a tandem parking space for two cars. The owner of the car parked behind yours leaves their phone number, so if you need to leave, you can simply call them. We had no problems at all—within a couple of minutes, they came down and moved the car.
The apartment is spacious with a wonderful view. Everything was clean and in perfect working order.
The shower is excellent, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities.
Bring your own drinking water, as there is no water filter or bottled drinking water provided.
There is a shared terrace on the third floor with a coffee machine, although it doesn’t offer a view.
The air conditioning works well.
Overall, these are excellent apartments, and I highly recommend them. 🫶
One suggestion for improvement: there was only one large bath towel provided. I would appreciate it if more large bath towels could be made available for guests.

Central location with a convenience shop next to the entrance to the building, as well as many places to eat a few steps away (check out Cafe Silva). There is a bus stop with good service and reach within a very short walking distance. The view from the window is breathtaking!
The property itself was nice and spacious, equipped with almost all necessary things. When something didn't work properly, the owner took care of it shortly after I reported it.
I was missing a towel to dry the dishes and teaspoons. Nothing too difficult to fix 😊
хороший чистый номер, но на мой взгляд очень шумно. Номер 6 выходит на улицу и невозможно спать. Но приятный балкончик для утреннего завтрака. Рядом много кафе, где можно позавтракать. Если вы хотите тихое место, лучше выбрать другой отель или номер во двор.

Абсолютно ничего!
Во первых, номер абсолютно не соответствует фотографиям. Не верьте фотографиям которые вы видите!
Во вторых, в номере был ужасный запах!!!
Мы попробовали проветрить но даже это не помогло.
Постель не меняли наверно ни разу, так как запах постели был ужасным.
За диваном были спрятаны полные мусорные пакеты от которых воняло.
Жаль что невозможно передать запах по фотографиям.
Мы не смогли остаться ночевать в таких условиях и пошли спать в машине - это было лучше чем спать в этом ужасном номере.
Мы написали хозяину но ответа никакого не получили.
За такую цену мы не ожидали получить идеальный номер, но поменять постель это базовый минимум.
