Local and space suited my requirements

Property do Not offer Israeli standard security protection from bombardments.
I have cancelled my order 2 weeks in advance and my request to return my payment due to force major is deliberately ignored until this moment.
I only liked the location, which is on the main street of the Carmel area.
I thought I had booked a good hotel and I even asked in advance about a late checkout option, but I quickly realized this stay was not acceptable.
The bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that made me feel nauseous. I messaged the staff, and the only “solution” offered was to pour water into the bathtub drain. I tried that, but it didn’t help. Because of the odor and the overall situation, I left the hotel first thing in the morning. The owner did not offer an alternative room or any other option, and did not come to check the issue personally.
The next morning I asked for a refund, but I never received any response.
Additional problems:
There was no soap at the bathroom sink. I was told to use the body-wash from the bathtub instead.
The coffee machine did not work.
There was no kettle in the kitchen.
The electric stove did not work.
The room door did not lock properly when closed, meaning other guests could potentially enter. I could not leave my belongings in the room because it was not secure.
None of these issues received a proper response or solution during my stay. I paid over €150 for what turned into a very unpleasant and disappointing experience, and I expect this to be addressed appropriately.

The view is wonderful the shower was good with good pressure and the bed was comfy.
the room was clean and also the bed linings and towels.
No one "refreshed" the room before the arrival. It had smell of a room that was closed for a long time. I think it was nice to have some coffe and tea bags, and the batteries for the TV remote replace.
