Cons:

They are not under control of bookings.com. There's no mentioning of check out time. Hotel management have taken advantage of this and they irritated us for extra money for check out at 12:45 pm.
We got stuck in jampack traffic due to year end vacation taking advantage of the same, hotel management said checkout timing was at 11pm. Even after calling booking.com customer service issue didn't resolved. Hotel staff behaved rudely and demanded extra rs. 1500.

Pros:

may be, value for money. Owners' openness in indicating the facilities are outside the city. good parking space.

Nice place to stay... bed cusion to be improved and restroom space is very compact.

Nice and calm... kids friendly.

Cons:

Restrooms and cusion bed is missing.. need to improve. No hotels near by so need to keep own restaurant...
