High communication skills but didn't try the hotel
Pros:

We were nicely asked and relocated (with our agreement) to another hotel with a similar location and rating because of the pipes break (no action from our side were meeded). Very high-level communication.

Cons:

Breakdowns happen in any facilities. The next time, maybe we will try this hotel again.

It was ok but wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Overall good experience. Great location, clean place all around, looks well-maintained.

Cons:

Since the moment you enter the building everything looks nice and clean, including the room itself. However, a few little details didn't match the general impression: the amount of toilet paper was insufficient, we had to buy more (we stayed only one night); the beds were too small, more fitting for kids - my feet were hanging out of the bed; bathroom looked outdated compared to everything else; there was a large strand of hair on the bathroom floor; there were plates and cups in the room but there were no spoons or forks.
