Ruim.
Cons:

O local parece que está em obra, sem conclusão.
O portão de garagem fica aberto direto e com acesso pelo elevador para os quartos, o que ocasiona uma total insegurança.
A limpeza é péssima. Roupas de cama escuras e com cheiro de suor, parece que não foram lavadas antes de um novo uso.
Enfim, não recomendo.

Pros:

Gostei da localização, apartamento muito aconchegante e o atendimento é maravilhoso.

Cons:

Não gostei da fechadura do apartamento, uma dificuldade muito grande em abrir e fechar.
