Good
Pros:

+ quiet location
+ not far away from the city center or a shopping mall
+ easy access to the building (very well structured 'welcome email')

Cons:

- definitely not soundproof :( (several neighbors with kids living in the same building)
- I was missing some guidelines about internet connection (but once we wrote an email to the host, he sent it within a couple hour)
- super tiny bathroom (felt a bit claustrophobic)
