Tres bon logement ! Je recommande
Pros:

L'emplacement central etait parfait
Proximité des principaux monuments, des commodités et des transports.
Appartement confortable pour 4 personnes ou chacun avait son espace (2 canapés lit pour les enfants).
L'ascenseur pour le 4eme étage qui entre directement dans l'appartement.
2 WC agréable pour famille.

Cons:

La clim/chauffage est un peu bruyante mais supportable.

Pros:

Buena calidad-precio.
Ubicación excepcional. Muchos lugares destacados a 5-10 minutos a pie (Foro, Museos Capitolinos, Piazza Navona, Pantheón, Campo de Fiori, Via del Corso).
Y muy buena atención y comunicación por parte de Elena.
Excelente opción para visitar Roma.

Clean, compact, great location, well organised but beds need improvement.
Pros:

The kitchen and bathroom were great, everything we could need including dishwasher.. and a kettle!!The property was modern and very clean. No traffic at night and had external shutters to block morning light.

The property was compact but we spent most of our time outside. There was a small tv in the main bedroom.

It was well organised with the host meeting you upon arrival and being contactable throughout the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well which is why we rated it lower. The main bed didn’t have a headboard and we only had 1 pillow each which was lumpy and kept sliding down the back of the bed. Our daughter took the second bedroom which had a sofa bed in it and slept well but our teenage son’s sofa bed in the living room had no duvet and he could feel all of the springs of the mattress. This sofa bed really needs a thick mattress topper.

The host delivered us more towels and one more pillow. We used the towels to stuff the back of our bed and the rest our teenage son used to sleep on.

Would have been nice to have had the tv in the lounge instead of the bedroom.

Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buenas camas. Muy útil que hubiera Lavarropas. El propietario atento y disponible.

Great location
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to main attractions, close to restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, also good options for public transportation. Good instructions on check in and check out; apartment has all the basics needed to prepare an easy meal, it has also all the necessary equipment: iron, cosmetics, hairdryer, washing mashine, dishwasher. Quiet place

Cons:

It was all good for us, it’s an option when you don’t need separate intimate rooms, as bathroom entry is from one bedroom. No towel hangers in the bathroom, ok for 3/4 people, with more it will be challenging with space

Pros:

The location was good. The apartment is quite clean and spacious, but not very functional.

Cons:

There is no closet in the room and there is no door in that room. There is a landing in the hallway which is not very convenient, it would be better if there were stairs. The toilet is small and cluttered, the washing machine is unnecessarily large. The sofa in the room is non-functional and uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable. There is plenty of space but it is not practically furnished.
Communication with host.The apartment looks better on photos than it is.

Overall, great location and value for money, close to supermarkets if you want to buy food.
Pros:

Location is excellent, I couldn't wish for anything better, just a couple of minutes away from Vittoriano, very close to major attractions.

Cons:

Bathroom could be a bit more comfortable, there were no hooks for towels for instance.
Also, not the host's fault, but there was some construction going on nearby that disturbed a little, but not too much.
