Convenient, good place for a short stay.
Pros:

Very large and comfortable flat. There were only two of us, but we would have fit four with no problem. Bed comfortable, very large and well organised wardrobe. A set of accessible toiletries in the bathroom. In the kitchen, coffee machine, tea. Location in the very centre of the city, close to everywhere. Nevertheless, in the flat when you closed the windows very quiet. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

The disadvantages are minor, of little importance to us. The sink in the kitchen is very small, but we hardly used it anyway. The shower in the bathroom is shielded by a curtain not a door, but this really doesn't bother us. The only inconvenience is the lack of a lift, getting to the third floor with large suitcases took over a while for the necessary stops.

Good place for good value
Pros:

Very nice place. Good location, big apartment with all necessary amenities. Administrator is always online, you can write a message and answer comes up just in minutes. Keyless access, only door codes. Clean, bright.

Cons:

Be aware: the building does not have an elevator. Our apartment was on 4th floor, but we are all could walk. If you have a stroller, you should bring it up and down by yourself.

Pros:

Perfect position with restaurants and shopping malls around. Also very near to Aalen central train station and central bus station. Everything ready and clean in room.

Cons:

Sound insulation is bad at night. The curtain in bedroom is so short that it is so shiny in the morning.

Very comfortable and well treatment.
Pros:

The room was clean and I worried about heater system because room is wide also I stayed in February to March, but it was good heater system. It was really comfortable.
