Davvero un piacevole e accogliente soggiorno
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto che il personale si è reso molto disponibile, ha ascoltato le mie esigenze e mi ha aiutato. Location a due passi da tutto, struttura comodissima, pulita ed accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Die Kaffeemaschine arbeitet sehr langsam. Wenn sich viele Leute sich im Essraum befinden ergibt sich ein Stau.

Pros:

Personale davvero gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare ben oltre il dovuto.
Appartamento accogliente, spazioso e pulito, con vista sulle montagne.
Colazione semplice ma piacevole, in locale accogliente.
Facilitazioni per affitto attrezzatura da sci e skipass.
5 minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita.

Cons:

Luci fredde e tristi, divano letto davvero scomodo, finestra scorrevole su balcone difficile da aprire e chiudere.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite (6 Betten) ist gross und war sauber. Der Skilift Pian Cales und das Skigebiet Confin sind vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit: vielleicht sollte man für die Küche der Suite etwas bessere bzw. zusätzliche Rüstmesser zur Verfügung stellen.

La réceptionniste était très efficace et à l'écoute.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal. Excellent chauffage, sachant que c'était la saison d'hiver.
Par contre, un peu cher pour une chambre de taille réduite avec une seule fenêtre et aucune vue.

Die zentrale Lage. Der freundliche Empfang. Das grosszügige Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung in den Fluren. Diese sollte automatisch mit Sensoren gesteuert sein, oder aber wenigstens die Lichtschalter mit Nachtlicht. Der Lärm (Musik) einer Disco, nehme ich an, welches die Nachtruhe erheblich stört.

Notevole la gentilezza e l’accoglienza del personale.
Appartamento ampio e in ottima posizione , pulizia eccellente.
Colazione standard ma buona.

Cons:

I cuscini del letto davvero troppo molli.
Purtroppo in altri appartamenti della struttura c’erano cani che abbaiavano e ululavano
fino a sera inoltrata.
