Trotz bestätigter Buchung war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Das Bett war nicht gemacht und der Raum war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Nach einer langen Reise ist so etwas absolut inakzeptabel. Wir mussten warten, ohne klare Informationen oder Entschuldigung. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr Professionalität und Organisation. Sehr enttäuschend.

Im Grossen und Ganzen angenehm
Cons:

Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft ein gebrauchtes und sauberes Zimmer angetroffen mussten länger auf ein Neues warten welches dann auch nicht genügend mit Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet war. ZB Toilettenpapier, Handtücher.
Ein unsauberes gebrauchtes Zimmer haben wir bereits zum zweiten Mal angetroffen eventuell könnte dies einmal von ihrem Personal überprüft werden.

Pros:

Er zat niks bij. Dus vrij veel geld, voor alleen douchen en slapen. Er was een waterkoker, maar geen kopjes/ bekers voor bijv thee... alleen wat waterglazen.
Het inchecken lukte niet. Daarvoor had ik een creditcard nodig en die heb ik niet. Gelukkig wilde mijn vriendin voor ons instaan en heeft haar card gebruikt voor het afronden vd incheck.... gedoe dus.
