Pros:

Ich war mit meiner Familie zum 5. mal da um Verwandte zu besuchen. Es ist sehr sauber und einfach, da die Tür mit einem Türcode geöffnet wird. Man ist nicht in Eile anzukommen, da der Zutritt jederzeit möglich ist.

Good quality accommodation
Pros:

Clean spacious property. We were visiting for a family event so use was limited to a space to sleep

Cons:

Location out of central area of town needing a taxi or driving.
While fairly new property minor snagging ie the cover lids for shower controls kept falling off, kitchen unit panel easily displaced no pan to sweep up rubbish

Cons:

Leichte Gebrauchsspuren an Wänden und Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr sauber, nur der Boden war nicht so sauber.

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingeräumt. Keinerlei Spuren von Abnutzung. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre nicht schlecht. Es lag zwar löslicher Kaffee in der Küche aber der schmeckt bekanntlich nicht so gut wie richtiger Kaffee.

Pros:

Sehr gut. Appartement war super toll geschnitten. Alles sehr sauber und total einfacher Check-In.

Cons:

Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine.
Nachts hört man teilweise Lüftungsgräusche.

Schönes und großes Apartment in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr großzügiges Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Für 2 Übernachtungen schon fast luxoriös. Alle benutzten Küchengeräte waren gut gepflegt und wir haben nichts vermisst. In der näheren Umgebung gib es eine gute Infrastruktur (Discounter, Supermarkt, Kino, Restaurant). Zur Innenstadt sind wir aufgrund des kalten Wetters mit dem Auto gefahren, es gibt dort kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, die Auswahl ist zumindest außerhalb der Ferienzeiten groß.

Cons:

Die Hutablage der Garderobe im Flur ist für Personen mit einer Kürpergröße über 1,70m gefährlich, ein Helm ist zu empfehlen. Ansonsten, und das ist eine sehr persönliche Einschätzung, waren uns die Betten zu weich. Das muss aber jeder selbst beurteilen, für 2 Übernachtungen ging es noch ganz gut.
