Winzige Zimmer, unpersönlich und kein Service = Note 6

Die netten Gemälde im Flur.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und v.a. das Bad sind so klein, dass man sich darin kaum bewegen kann. Überall "schreien" einen dann auch vor Verbote an. Die Reinigung der Küche ist nicht im Preis inkl., genausowenig wie der Parkplatz. Hier wird aus allem Geld gemacht. Als ich mich über die verkalkte und nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine beschwerte, stellte man mir wieder eine nicht funktionierende hin. Der Aushang im Bad sprach von der tollen Wartung aller Geräte und der Reinigung durch ein lokales Reinigungsteam. Daily room service? Fehlanzeige. Rezeption? Fehlanzeige. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Mein Fazit: So macht man aus einem 15qm-Hinterhofzimmer, das man früher nur an Studierende für 150 Euro vermieteten konnte, eine kontaktlos funktionierende 1500 Euro-Goldgrube.

Pros:

Monolocale piccolo ma munito di ogni confort. Pulito, ben arredato e accessoriato. Il bagno è munito di doccia ampia. Il letto è abbastanza comodo e l'angolo cottura è molto utile. La posizione del monolocale è strategica, non molto distante dalla zona centrale e dall'importante arteria di Frankenstrasse. .

В общем все отлично. Локация супер- до центра, до вокзала пешком 15 минут, так же рядом остановка, на трамвае можно добр

Cons:

Кровать если честно узкая. Несмотря что душевая кабина, но вода протекает через дверца, и баня бывает в воде(( между унитазом, душевой и раковиной- ооочень узкое пространство.
