Pros:

Stanovanje je bilo zelo čisto, osebje prijazno. Razgled na Sagrada Familia osupljiv. Metro postaja je 5 minut stran, v bližini so trgovine in lokali.

Cons:

Pogrešali smo desko za rezanje.

フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです！偶然サグラダ・ファミリアのローマ法王式典前に宿泊となりましたが、抜群の立地のお陰で心ゆくまでサグラダ・ファミリアを堪能出来ました、

まず1番に部屋の水タンクが100リットルしか無いためバスタブ付きの部屋をわざわざリクエストして高い料金を支払いなおかつ湯船に入れずシャワーも1人ずつ順番に使っているうちに冷たい水になる始末！何度もアパートメントへBooking経由で確認しているにも関わらず何のどちらからもこの大切な点についての説明、知らせが無かったことは絶対に許せませんし許しません！妻の70歳誕生日の記念旅行が台無しの喧嘩旅行となりました、この件は苦情と共にBooking.comに対し保証を求めますが、当初からの日程がバルセロナ3泊ポルトガルリスボンに手荷物のみの1泊2日で行き再度バルセロナ同ホテルに4泊真っ只中なのでこの旅の途中に何の連絡が無ければ旅行会社としてのBooking.comは終わりだと思います、旅行者のリクエストに応える為にマージンを取る仕事をやっているのですから今回の件を私達にどういう保証をするか？私はその対応がBooking.comの今後に大きな影響があるのではないかと思います。ちなみに1年ほど前に京都駅前アラホテルを予約して夫婦で宿泊したところ大浴場の故障（全館断水夜中から）になり仕方なく翌日チェックアウトしたところ（当日は陳謝のみ）後日旅行会社から直接私の携帯に連絡が有り「申し訳ありませんでした、今回は50%割引にさせて下さい」と言ってきました（2週間ほどで半額返金確認）、旅行会社はホテルの設備を細く表示して予約を集めるわけで、その情報の正確性に責任を持つのが当然です、「高齢の妻は部屋に入るなり笑顔満開！数時間後バスタブに入れず動きたくないからあなた1人で楽しんで来ていいわよ」と言われ、それからの1週間は険悪な日々ただただ消化しました、タンクの水が100リットルなどという大切な情報、一度使い切るまで補充されない仕組み、バスタブに毎日湯船に浸かる妻のことを伝え、そのためにバスタブ付きの部屋を探してBooking
.comと何度もやり取りし予約している点から言って私側に否は有りません！海外のホテル事情は知っていますので、TwinかWルームになったりバスタブ付きを予約したのに当日フロントで「空いてないから無理」と言われるくらい私は許します、ただ今回の件はそういう海外ホテル事情を鑑みた上でBooking.comとMarina Abapart Barcelonaの両者に確認を取って「大丈夫です！」メールをいただいた上の結果だということ踏まえてご対応を宜しくお願い致します、荒井雅治

Ubicación de 10 y limpieza.
Pros:

Ubicación de 10, en el centro de Barcelona, al lado de la Sagrada familia. Equipado totalmente en la cocina con utensilios. Toallas y limpieza diaria ofrecida. Lo único fue el precio elevado, pero estando ubicado donde está era lo estandar. Las vistas no daban a la calle, sino al patio interior de la urbanización.

Самі апаратаменти чисті, просторі, укомплектовані, знаходяться поруч з метро. Район жвавий, туристичний, але на наш сон це ніяк не вплинуло.

Great to be close to metro station and see the Sagrada Família. Personally would stay near El Bon next trip.

Buen apartamento con vistas a la Sagrada Familia.
Pros:

Me pareció ideal para una pareja y un tercero, ya que hay 2 habitaciones, una con una cama individual, a parte supongo q en el sofá se podría dormir porque es amplio. En la nevera había agua y en la cafetera 2 cápsulas de cortesía, jabón, lavavajillas, etc...muy equipado

Cons:

Por poner un pero le falta un tenderete ya que hay lavadora pero no hilos para tender.

Good location to Sagrada, but poor service
Pros:

The apartment is in a great location, especially for those who wanted to go to La Sagrada Familia. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient. It is clean and well maintained and the luggage storage option was very helpful.

Cons:

Check-in process was inefficient and impersonal. Staff was very distracted during check-in, he did some multi-tasking of attending to us while also responding to people coming in for parking, which meant it took a long time for us to get sorted (I believe it was more than 30 minutes of us having to wait at the front-desk).

Also, despite the apartment having a bath, they did not provide us with a plug for the bathtub, which meant that we cannot use it for our toddler. We understand that there was a water restriction, but we just wanted to use a little water for the little one.

A lot of traffic noise can be heard at night. It seems like the windows are not well insulated/sound-proofed, so it disturbed our sleep.

Overall, we felt like we paid too much for the poor level of service provided.

Great location within 3 mins to Sagrada Familia.
Pros:

This unit is so close to Sagrada Familia within 3 mins of walk. There are F&B and mini or supermarket surrounding the unit which is convenient. The unit we stayed is pretty quite given we are in the busy location. Check in and check out was a breeze.
