我從沒給過任何飯店負評，這是第一次。我跟同伴住了兩晚，第一晚check in時走到可以看到聖家堂的陽台，發現陽台外有一堆鴿子的羽毛跟血水黏在地板上，隔天我們一早就去走景點，晚上回來後發現景象跟昨晚一樣，像是沒有人來清理過，不過我跟同伴幾乎都不會去用那個陽台，所以我們也覺得沒必要特地反應，但這並不是讓我放負評的原因，而是在check out當天我們在早上11點退房，當時櫃檯接待的那位態度是很好的，幫助我們置放行李，然後在下午一點多我們回來拿行李更換到下一個飯店後，同伴忽然發現他的iphone 充電插頭忘了拔，他在翻找行李後確認是遺忘在上一個飯店，於是我跟同伴又坐地鐵回來這間飯店詢問，當時是3月22日下午3點多，櫃檯換了另一個男生，我們在說明來意後，他表示並沒有檢到iphone 插頭，口氣甚至有點不好質疑我們是不是記錯了，表示說清潔公司是另一家，他們沒有發現。其實從我們退房後到再回來拿行李中間只有2個多小時，他們的清潔人員這段期間內如有house keeping一定會發現這個充電差頭並交給櫃台，然後在我們返回取行李時告知客人房間內有遺失物品，這顯示這飯店在管理上有瑕疵，最最讓我朋友感到不舒服的是當時櫃台的處理態度，認為是我們有問題。

Cumplio con mis expectativas - Recomendable
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion, muy limpio y prolijo todo. Muy amable la gente de recepcion y las de limpieza. Volveria a reservarlo en caso de estar de nuevo en Barcelona y en buen precio. Viene con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias/semana. Incluso te dan elementos de limpieza y condimentos basicos por si queres cocinar.

Cons:

El internet no era muy bueno a la tarde-noche cuando toda la gente estaba conectada. El televisor del living hubiera estado bueno que sea smart-tv, era algo anticuado. Al momento de reservar muestran una habitacion con vista directa a la sagrada familia pero luego al leer todas las reseñas y comprobarlo yo directamente me di cuenta que no se la dan a nadie. Las habitacion daba al pulmon de manzana
