Important information:

RECEPTION HOURS

Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th.

Outside of reception hours, we have drop boxes for leaving room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions.

We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned.
In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pedimos un apartamento con 2 habitaciones dobles con baño y resultó ser un baño para las 4 y con otra habitación ocupada por otras personas. Quizás la información de booking no era clara o no la supe entender aunque en todo momento fue lo que pedí. Y si en el apartamento va a haber más gente igual conviene informar... y luego era un apartamento dónde no había dónde estar, por eso pedí un apartamento para poder estar cómodas las tres personas...

El baño fuera de la habitacion es poco practico, tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para poder entrar por la noche.

Pros:

La ubicación, está a unos 20-25minutos andando en línea recta del centro.
Además tenía zona naranja (que es para largas estancias) en las inmediaciones

Cons:

Al ser un piso compartido dependes de la hospitalidad del resto de habitaciones, nosotros tuvimos mala suerte.
La ducha estaba bastante mal, la mampara no cerraba y era bastante incómodo.
