Important information:

RECEPTION HOURS

Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th.

Outside of reception hours, we have drop boxes for leaving room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions.

We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned.
In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación tenía bastantes deficiencias.
Uno de los colchónes estaba hundido.Los interruptores de la habitación solo funcionaba uno por lo que solo teníamos luz en el lado del armario.Los enchufes exactamente igual operativo de todos los de la habitación solo uno.Por otro lado un solo lavabo para compartir entre 4 habitaciones se queda más que corto.
En mi opinión habría que hacer de tanto en tanto un poco de mantenimiento para mantener las instalaciones en buen estado de uso.

Pros:

Apartamento muy amplio , cómodo y limpio.
Nos atendieron de forma muy amable al recoger las llaves.
La ubicación aunque no está cerca del centro fue fácil aparcar y acercábamos el coche a zona centro y sin problemas.
Muchos negocios y bares cerca por si se necesita algo.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido por una obra cercana.
No funcionaba wifi por algún problema con la contraseña.

Prima voor een nachtje, dichtbij het centrum en tijdens San Fermin nog betaalbaar.
Pros:

Op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum en ook met de bus prima bereikbaar. Wij zaten midden in de feestweek San Fermin en waren blij met aanbod van deze kamer.

Cons:

Het was erg warm die dag en de kamer was stikbenauwd. Echt slapen lukte niet. De gedeelde badkamer had een vieze wasbak. Misschien een tip om iets van schoonmaakmiddel en doekje aan te bieden. Tot slot deel je deze ruimte met anderen.
