Important information:

RECEPTION HOURS

Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th.

Outside of reception hours, we have drop boxes for leaving room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions.

We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned.
In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Ne-a plăcut faptul ca a fost curățenie și personalul de la recepție foarte amabil, ne-au ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie ne-au răspuns când i-am contactat 10/10 pentru tinerii de la recepție

No hubo estancia. Esa semana cerraron admisión a 2000 horas (tengo fotos y testimonio del taxista). Llamé repetidamente a dos teléfonos y saltaba contestador. Cuando llamaron no pudieron conectar conmigo sino con un teléfono distinto que se cruzó. Pamplona estaba llena por un congreso y el taxista me ayudó. Al día siguiente me llamaron. Dejé claro que no ocuparía ya la habitación por tener otra. Y ellos podrían alquilarla. No pongo malos calificativos. Hubo mala suerte. Pero no voy a pagar lo que no recibí

Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, tanto para coger transporte como para ir caminando al centro.
La habitación está muy completa y limpia. Recogimos las llaves en recepción y allí nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad y nos explicaron qué cosas ver y demás. Muy atentos y amables.
Al rededor hay bastantes sitios buenos donde poder comer, a 5-10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

Lo único que echamos en falta fue el aire acondicionado ya que con las altas temperaturas se hacía muy complicado estar allí, a pesar de que tenía un ventilador en el techo que al menos daba algo de aire. Otra cosa que no sabíamos es que compartíamos el piso con más personas, nos enteramos al llegar allí. Desde la cocina podían acceder al mismo balcón que daba para nuestra habitación. Aún así los demás huéspedes eran muy silenciosos y no hubo ningún problema, pero estaría bien que lo avisaran antes.

Genial experiencia
Pros:

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, te dan toda la información necesaria y te facilitan el check in fuera de horario comercial, ya que llegábamos muy tarde. La habitación era grande y estaba todo limpio, además la cama es muy cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar bien despues de un dia ajetreado.

This is an ideal location to explore the surrounding area of Pamplona. The young lady i dealt with was so nice, giving me lots of advice, which I followed and had a great day, seeing sights that I would never have known about. Excellent value for your money.

Cons:

The only thing my room lacked was AC, but you get what you pay for.

Apartament amb capacitat per sis persones.
Dos banys.
Prop de gasolinera, parcs, botigues de tot tipus i bars/restaurants.
Fàcil arribar, desde la sortida de l'autopista, i zona taronja per aparcar.
A un 15-20 minuts del casc antic caminant.

Cons:

La dutxa, difícil d'utilitzar.
S'agrairia una botella d'aigua de cortesia.
