Pros:

Vinimos por un fin de semana y la experiencia fue muy bonita, el personal del hotel muy atento a todos los detalles. El buffett de cena es de lujo, felicitaciones al chef. La recepcionista Ana muy atenta, Natalia también. Repetiremos este lugar.

New go to place in Mallorca
Pros:

Photos of the hotel don’t do it justice. Arriving in the lobby was insane.. so clean and so fancy, couldn’t believe it’s a 3*. Great facilities such as the spa, mini golf, table tennis, indoor/outdoor pool and free morning yoga and free replaceable pool/beach towels. Brilliant to be able to order drinks to poolside. Food was great also. Incredible location, 1 minute from beach front (btw: it’s €18 per day for a lounger) and a variety of restaurants. Also has a place to store bikes as well as a hotel discount on bike rental places nearby. Relatively quiet also. Staff were very friendly especially Carlotta and patient (shoutout to reception for answering our list of questions when we checked in 🤣)

Cons:

Maybe include some brochures of information about the hotel facilities e.g opening times, prices etc in the room. Otherwise, it was perfect. No complaints - only regrets that we didn’t stay longer!

Pros:

When arriving, staff were really lovely and helpful during check in. All staff we encountered during our trip were smiley and helpful. All of the hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Our room was spacious and perfect for 2 people. We paid for a pool view which made a huge difference and a lovely view. There was no race for sun beds. I don’t think the pool opened until 9:30qm. We went down about 10:30am and had no issue getting a sun bed. Even by midday there were still beds left. The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice for everyone. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back.

A relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and the facilities were good. The bar/restaurant staff were very attentive.
I really enjoyed the free yoga class in the morning - such a lovely way to start the day.

Cons:

My room was beside the stairs which was unfortunate as you can hear other guests returning to their rooms at night time but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix :)

Un séjour relaxant et incroyable
Pros:

Les chambres étaient modernes, l’hôtel aussi. La piscine était au top aussi. L’emplacement génial: proche du bus pour aller dans la ville de Palma, très proche de la mer (30 sec à pied) et à 5 min de l’aéroport. Les snack étaient aussi très bon et avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
