Property Description

During the summer season, reception is open on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and from Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. During the winter season, reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 22:00. As opening hours may vary, guests are kindly advised to contact the residence prior to arrival. Guests arriving outside reception hours must inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.

After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (one kitchen towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and fees except the tourist tax.

For any invoice request, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the balance is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a wide range of activities to fully enjoy the mountain environment. Guests staying in Flaine benefit from the complimentary Flaine Summer Pass, providing free access to numerous sports and cultural activities such as Accro-Roc climbing courses, adventure trails for young children, a mountain bike pumptrack, laser rifle shooting, tennis, archery, trampolines, inflatable castles, pétanque and table tennis.

One pass per person is included for stays of at least seven nights. Wristbands must be worn at all times and are provided upon arrival. Activities require prior registration and remain subject to availability.

Activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances and may therefore be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
