During the summer season, reception is open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and from Sunday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the winter season, reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that reception opening hours may vary; guests are therefore advised to contact the residence prior to arrival. Guests expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

After booking, the exact location of the accommodations may be reserved by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), cleaning linen (one kitchen towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, basic WiFi access (for up to five devices for browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and fees, excluding the tourist tax. For any invoice request, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancelation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a wide range of activities to fully enjoy the mountain environment. Guests staying in Flaine benefit from the complimentary Flaine Summer Pass, which provides free access to numerous sports and cultural activities. The program includes Accro-Roc climbing courses, adventure trails for young children, a pumptrack dedicated to mountain biking, laser rifle shooting, tennis, archery, trampolines, inflatable castles, pétanque, table tennis and more. One pass per person is offered for stays of a minimum of seven nights, and wristbands, which must be worn at all times, are provided upon arrival. La proximité des pistes

Cons:

Appartement dans un état déplorable, les moquettes sont crasseuses, l'odeur était hyper désagréable et prenante, les lits inconfortables, même les fourres de duvets sont beaucoup trop longues pour les couettes, les fenêtres sont des passoires donc si vous êtes assis à côté vous aurez des courants d'air. Wi-Fi catastrophique. Si vous voulez passer un bon séjour, choisissez un autre endroit. Nous sommes partis après deux nuits car on ne pouvait pas supporter plus. Ce n'est pas normal qu'une chaîne comme Pierre et Vacances puisse offrir des prestations aussi médiocres.

Pros:

La vue fasse à la montagne très sympa , les animations et équipements dans les villages très pratiques et bien conçu.

Cons:

la propreté du logement moyenne(toiles d’araignée, poussières) , manque une piscine dans la résidence , parking assez loin de l’hébergement

Ok accom, good location, NOT ski in ski out.
Pros:

Good location BUT it is NOT ski in ski out as advertised. Booked on this basis but either a (short) walk to the slopes or an elevator into the lower part of Flaine for the gondolas.

Cons:

Really disgusting smell in room. Some air freshener would have helped but it smelled AWFUL, like wet dog/sewage.
No boot warmers in locker so suspect the smell is from people drying boots.

מאד נהנינו מהשהייה במלון ומהקרבה לכל מקום
Pros:

לא אכלנו שם ארוחת בוקר, המיקום מעולה מתחתיו שכרנו את ציוד הסקי והמעלית סקי הראשית כ 200-250 מטר משם מאד נוח. אין ספק שמבחינת המיקום זה אידיאלי. בנוסף מול המלון יש את המעלית הכתומה שמורידה ומעלה למפלס התחתון של העיירה שזה מאד נוח.

Cons:

היו ציפיות לשמיכה זוגית רק עבור שמיכה אחת ולא עבור 2 שמיכות זוגיות. שאר הציפיות היו רק עבור שמיכת יחיד שהיא יחסית קטנה ולא מספיקה עבור אדם מבוגר.

Great location but not good value.
Pros:

The location is great, the ski lockers and the general facilities on the lower floors were good.

Cons:

The apartment itself was very tired; the carpets were stained and the standard of the furniture and fittings was not good. It needs a refurbishment, and as such was not a place that was inviting to spend time in when not skiing. This is a shame as it is a self-catered apartment and if it was in good order it would have been good to feel comfortable in to have dinner and to relax. We paid €4,000 for the week which is definitely worthy of a better standard of accommodation.

Perfect set up for family ski holiday.
Pros:

Perfect location for skiing with ski rental shop next door and very short walk to slopes. Good set up for ski equipment storage in lockers downstairs. Views stunning. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Would highly recommend!!
