La situation par rapport au centre-ville. L’agencement et l’aménagement des chambres. L’accueil.

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé. Attention cependant, à bien vérifier que votre chambre est desservie par l’ascenseur. Ce n’était pas le cas. Je ne l’avais pas vu dans le descriptif en toutes petites lettres. Heureusement on nous a trouvé gentiment une solution dans une autre chambre. Mais nous étions hors saison…

Cons:

Mancava acqua naturale nel distributore per due giorni consecutivi, alla reception mi e' stato detto che potevo bere l'acqua del rubinetto. Poca disponibilita' ed empatia alla reception. Servizio colazione da rivedere, mancavano i tavoli! Una signora, la piu' grande di eta' era gentile, la piu' piccola molto scortese.

Fantastic location to explore Colmar old town
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to Old Town but really quiet even though it is on a main road.

Comfortable bed, clean apartment, spacious living area and small kitchen area.

Nice little swimming pool and a couple of cardio machines.

Very good value.

Ao chegarmos na acomodação e fazer o check-in, tivemos um péssimo atendimento. Apresentei a reserva impressa, e ao fazer uma pergunta para ter informações, como não entendo nada em francês e a atendente falava o tempo todo somente em francês, usei a opção diálogo no aplicativo Google tradutor. A atendente ficou furiosa, e mesmo atrás do balcão, colocou a mão entre nós e apenas dizia: 'no', "no", "no", "no". Ela se negou a nos dar informações sobre a nossa reserva, de 04 diárias. Disse que só os idiomas francês e inglês, porém só falou em francês. Penso que, nos dias de hoje, que pessoas do mundo inteiro viaja para qualquer lugar, um hotel não pode admitir que uma pessoa que age dessa maneira. Se não fosse esse episódio, minha avaliação seria melhor. Outra situação, o elevador estava sempre cheio e ocupado.
