Apartment sehr kalt obwohl Fenster ganze Zeit zu waren ist Wind immer reingekommen. Apartment hat eher schmutzigen und alten Eindruck gemacht. Auf unseren Kissen waren irnedwelxhe komischen Flecken. Der Wasserhahn hat den gesamten Aufenthalt getropft. Hat während dem schlafen sehr gestört . Was auch komisch das Normens angegeben war das das Apartment nicht in der gleichen Gegend war wie das Hotel wo wir die Schlüssel geholt haben.

Die Rezeption war ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt, was bei strömendem Regen nicht angenehm war. Die Adresse der Rezeption erhält man ausschließlich über die App. Der Duschschlauch war defekt und damit das Duschen eine echte Herausforderung.

You had to pick the keys from another location. NO ELEVATOR! Old, wrecked apartment building. No toilet paper. Everything was leaking.

Apagaron la calefacción y tampoco había agua caliente, tuvimos que llamar y despues de insistir nos dijeron q podíamos ir a bañarnos al otro hotel, después nos llamaron q en media hora tendríamos agua. Me parece una falla grande que no tengan encendido el gas o que lo apaguen porq el agua caliente es muy importante sobretodo en un destino tan frío.

I didn’t like the flat. I booked it through Prestige Hotel, thinking it was located near the main road. However, after booking, I received a message asking me to collect the key from the hotel and go to another location about 600 meters away. When we arrived, the bathroom door was damaged, the basin and kettle were not clean, and the main door looked like someone had tried to break it. Overall, the place didn’t feel safe, Since we already paid the amount we forced to stay there , Will never book again . And while checking out again we need to go to the hotel return the key and go , there was no people available at the place where we stayed . It was a small hill and we felt it difficult to carry our luggage and climb this small hill to give the key back.

Gebucht war eine Wohnung. Bekommen haben wir eine 15qm2 großes Hotelzimmer mit einem 1,40 m großen Bett. Die Matratze war so unbequem das wir beide extrem verspannt aufgewacht sind und wir unseren Nacken nicht mehr drehen konnten. Es kamen die Federn schon zum Vorschein. Badezimmer war Schimmel und das tollste an allen das Fenster war kaputt! Und es hat die ganze Nacht kalt rein gezogen. Wir haben mehrmals nach Verbesserungen gefragt. Leider wurde uns nur eine weitere Decke und ein weiteres Kissen geben.

Old. And needs massive refurbishment and renovation. When it rained here, the kitchen leaked so bad. Some rooms too making guests come out. Electricity was also cut for nearly two hours. TV subscription was out so I could watch nothing on TV in my room

The staff are lovely, they try their best but I guess it’s beyond them. They helped me keep my luggage for several days. A rare and kind gesture but the facility is just basic and old.

The bathroom curtain was at the floor and the neighbours could see us. We told the hotel and they told us they would fix it, but when we returned everything was the same

There was only one glass/mug which was little inconvenient as I was traveling with a friend so we had to go buy some plastic cups. The other bed had some issues, but still I would say that got a good enough sleep.
