Nice stay experience
Pros:

Quiet, right in the center of the old town. Very helpful and nice friendly staff at the reception (located at Hotel Domus Collis).
We walked to and from Gyor train station, very walkable.

Kicsit vissza a középkorba, ha azok a lépcsők mesélni tudnának!

Minden út a szálláshoz vezet a városban. Kiváló az elhelyezkedése. Harmodszor választottam ezt a szállást. Szeretem a hangulatát, az igényes egyszerűségét.

Perfect place to stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

Spacious room in an historic building in the heart of the old part of the city. Very convenient for cafes and restaurants but in a very quiet location. Very comfy bed and good shower. Very clean. Excellent value.

The furniture was a bit bland.

Nice location, fair room- but the shower should be fixed.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower did not work properly. I had no warm water and also the shower should have been cleaned from the limescale.

Abgelegene, zentrale Lage in katholischer Umgebung

Sehr zentrale, ruhige Lage im Altstadtviertel. In einem "religiösen, katholischen" Haus.

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen für mich als Alleinreisende. Aufgrund einer großen Baustelle nebenan, waren abends immer etwas obskure Typen, die dort pinkelten oder da raus kamen. Ich fühlte mich aufgrund der einfachen Schließsysteme dort nicht sicher. Auch, wenn es keinen direkten Anlassfall gab, hatte ich Angst.

Ein Platz, an dem man gut zur Ruhe kommen kann.
Pros:

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kein Straßenlärm, nur Vogelgezwitscher. Die schlichte, gediegene Einrichtung mit viel Holz, die hohen Räume und ein Haus mit Geschichte im ältesten Viertel von Györ. Das alles hat mir sehr gefallen.

A spacious, well-designed /comfortable stay, long-term accommodation, but with limited hotel servces
Pros:

The room was very spacious and beautifully organized. The wardrobes were wide and included plenty of hangers, which was a great extra touch. The layout was excellent — it had a comfortable double bed, a dining table, and a small but fully equipped kitchen that was very practical.

The bathroom layout was perfect, especially the walk-in style shower with the floor-level design, which made it very comfortable and modern. Overall, the room is ideal for long stays and suitable for anyone planning to spend an extended period there.

Cons:

There was no room service available. The property is detached from the main hotel facilities, so there is no breakfast service or additional amenities. Housekeeping only comes in the morning for cleaning, and there are no other hotel-style services provided.
