Restful, clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Centrally located, good breakfast, breakfast and facility use included in hotel price. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

They should provide bathing soap and shampoo in larger quantities

Having a perfectly stay in here. They really have amazing staff. Kind and helpful 10 out of 10. The reception staff I forgot the name he was super humble. And any other staff were also kind. Kamarnya juga nyaman, fasilitasnya berfungsi. Breakfastnya amazing banget, lengkap the taste were also amazing. This hotel approved to be #1 in Medan for their service and room

Kleinigkeiten:
Fahrstuhltür geht viel zu schnell zu, ich habe mich schon zwei mal darin eingeklemmt. Das Frühstück ist „oben“ besser als „unten“.

Great place to stay except for no Tshirt allowed in pool to keep you from getting sun burnt
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the all the staff so nice and friendly

Cons:

Being an Australian I think we should be allowed to wear a t shirt in pool so we don't get sunburnt I couldn't go in pool because of thst and it's our 2nd long stay at the hotel

Menginap 4 malem 3 hari di Grand Cityhall hotel
Memuaskan sekali, terutama hospitalitynya top👍🏻
Semua staf ramah dan helpfull
Makanannya enak,staf restoran juga peka, karena kami bawa bayi, langsung inisiatif ambilkan baby chair ☺️👍🏻

The gym & the pool were great.

Cons:

The room service was bad. It was difficult to place an order over the phone, the person answering did not have the level of English needed. The food came up wrong, then it came up cold.
Not acceptable and no discount given on the food that eventually came up correct and hot ( it was the third attempt)
