Nice hotel for a base
Pros:

Central hotel, great gym and facilities. Staff were amazing especially as want to move rooms.

Cons:

They didn't have any twin rooms left so 'upgraded' us to a corner room which was really loud with all the traffic and a exercise class at 6.30am next door.

Beautiful grand hotel, friendly staff, excellent facilities, super clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed in Medan for one night while travelling.

Very impressive & beautiful hotel - looks even better in person than the pictures. Huge delicious breakfast selection, large clean spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and all the necessary toiletries.

You also feel very secure entering this grand gates & entrance, with lots of staff working.

Kind service throughout from attentive, helpful and friendly staff.

I didn’t have time to use the pool, but I looked at it and it was very well kept, large, and not too busy at all

Super Hotel in Medan
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, bequemes Bett, grosse Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren zwei Mal dort, vor und nach dem Sumatra Trekking.

Cons:

Der angepriesene Whirlpool ist kein Whirlpool. Es ist einfach eine riesen grosse Badewanne.
Wenn ein Taxifahrer jemanden vor dem Hotel abladen möchte, muss dieser eine Gebühr bezahlen, die dann weiterverrechnet wird. Macht doch ein „Taxi-Ticket“, ich verstehe nicht, weshalb die bezahlen müssen, wenn sie nur kurz durchfahren.

Pros:

Kamarnya cukup nyaman, bersih dengan fasilitas yag lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik.
Sarapan hari pertama agak crowded, harus nyantri dan dapat sarapan di out door, jadi agak panas, dan di swimingpool juga ada tamu yang merokok padahal banyak anak-anak.
