Pros:

Lokalizacja. Bardzo życzliwy personel. Smaczne śniadanie z akcentem na kuchnię indonezyjską.

Cons:

Obiekt troszkę stary. Okrągły basen nie nadający się do sportowego pływania - głównie ze względu na liczbę krzykliwych dzieci od 7:00 do wieczora. Sala śniadaniowa bardzo mała jak na liczbę gości. Brak możliwości oglądania transmisji meczów MŚ 2026 i to zarówno na telewizorach w pokojach jak i w lobby.
Zdecydowanie lepszym wyborem - mimo nieznacznie gorszej lokalizacji - jest Four Points by Sheraton.

Pros:

Comme la plupart des hôtels en Indonésie il est difficile de les entretenir dans le temps avec l’humidité. Des traces étaient présentes dans la chambre mais la chambre était tout à fait agréable.
Nous avons pris un room service pour le repas du soir et c’était très bon et copieux.

I really enjoyed this hotel in downtown medan. The hotel is great, the staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are spacious. I highly recommend

Great place and service
Pros:

Great quality, good price. Spa and sauna good. Restaurants and bar all good and the staff are very friendly

Cons:

The lift controls are independent for each lift so they all get pressed and that slows the service as all lifts end up stopping at every floor

Perfect place to rejuvenate after travelling Sumatra.
Pros:

We stayed here at the end of a couple weeks travelling Sumatra. The value for money was amazing. The facilities such as gym, pool and sauna were perfect to help us relax before the long journey back to the UK. Room was gorgeous and slept perfectly in the bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and yeah just 10/10.

Pros:

Well located. Rooms ok. Facilities ok. All ok. Nothing great though.

Cons:

Not very organized. Room was not available at check in as they had “allowed” a late check out. Facilities limited. Indoor pool was extremely overheated to the point of scalding. Too hot to enter. A bit chaotic and not relaxing…

The property is in a good location the rooms are clean this is the second time I have stayed here the breakfast is good

Cons:

Unfortunately I was given a smoking room but the hotel was fully booked which they apologised for the staff are very helpful and tried to accommodate for me
