The green grass the staff owner is a family bass hotel. The welcoming was absolutely amazing. It was comfortable the garden is magical the food is home made and delicious. Come and discover the real culture of Vietnam this is the place to be.
I loved everything about it.
The small hotel has lovely staff who will go out of their way to ensure they can make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is a pretty walled garden with a koi pond as the centrepiece with a small fountain and frogs providing a soothing sound. The location is a little out of the town centre but only a short bike ride to restaurants and a beautiful pagoda along the river.
The immediate neighbourhood was fairly limited for food choices but a little further away there are lots to choose from and there is good food available from the hotel as well.
It's heaven on Earth beautiful garden villa.Toilet and the rooms are so big,you cook if you want. It has a kitchen inside the rooms.
The ac and toilet have some issues but not a big one. The location is a bit out of the town, so you will need a bicycle or a motor bike. Or if you like long walks, it or long indoors chill. It's the place. They have free bicycles and rental motorbikes.

Technical problem of first room was solved promptly and we got a new room at once.

Really clean and lovely staff. Apartment was spacious. Staff were very accommodating. It is a good bit outside the city but a grab taxi is only about €1.50 in.

Great Location off the tourist quarter and right next to a small temple. Motorbikes for rent. Bicycles for free. Really cool coffee place a few meters away.
Raining when we were here, the staff was very helpful. Helped me book train tickets, called cabs, recommended a very good local restaurant. Quiet & beautiful location & gardens, highly recommend
Exterior gardens looked nice, corridors clean, rooms okay & staff very accommodating.
All good reviews are deceiving. Unacceptable in cold rainy season. Checked out early to avoid getting sick.
Rooms only had A/C, but no heat so rooms were cold, bedding extremely damp, and counters & floors wet due to condensation on cold tiled concrete floors & marble counter. We live in North Carolina, USA where we get freezing winters but still asked for double blankets for all of us. Ironically, the gentleman said it was not cold while wearing a winter puffer coat. He did bring us all extra duvets.
We arrived 8pm in evening when dark and wanted to shower & go to bed after a long travel day. We were told to wait 10 min after switching on hot water switch for water to get hot. After 10 minute wait, my daughter had only 2 min of hot water, my son had 3 min of hot water after 30 minute wait, and I had similar 3 min hot water after about 1 hour wait.
With shower door closed, all water flowed from shower onto the bathroom floor like a river. Room had a floor drain, but no squeegy to dry the floor, so it pooled in the bathroom, making the dampness in the family suite worst. Even with air conditioner running all night, bedroom/bath floors still wet the next morning. My brother's family was in family suite above us & his 2 year old slipped & fell in the wet bathroom!
A few suggestions below to hotel management since this could be a nice budget hotel:
1) I am a licensed general contractor and water on bathroom floors can be totally eliminated with silicon caulk applied at the shower pan and shower enclosure where they touch the shower walls to keep water inside shower.
2) Turn ON AC & hot water switch well before guests arrive to make rooms more confortable.
3) Add heat for split wall heat/AC unit. This is for comfort of guests & will alo prevent mildew & mold in walls/ceilings long-term since Hue has a long rainy season which is uncomfortably cold.
The property is good for the money... It has a more local feel to than a commercial corporate business... It's close to a lot of the attractions save you money from taking taxis or Grab... Excellent... outstanding service...
