Guests arriving by car can contact the property in advance. The property will provide parking suggestions in the area as well as directions to the property. Public parking is available in the surrounding area for a fee.

Please note that the entrance of the property is at the street corner Friedrichring 11/ Röderstraße.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Dicht an der City. Sehr sauber. Sehr praktisch. Gutes Parkplatz Angebot um die Ecke. Neues Badezimmer. Sehr gute Küchenzeile. Bügeleisen.

Cons:

Alles war wirklich ok. Jetzt nicht super gemütlich, aber das ist auch vollkommen ok.

Eine gute Wahl für 3-4 Personen
Pros:

Liegt in der Innenstadt, toll. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurants jede Menge auch in paar Schritten zu erreichen. Sauberkeit top, Ausstattung auch.

Cons:

Ein Schlafzimmer blieb kühl wenn man die Tür zugemacht hat. Wir waren im Winter da.

Excellent. Apartment facilities great, best location for old town and transport. Definitely would stay there again.
Pros:

Large 2br apartment at a fair price. Kitchen was well equipped with fridge, microwave, stove top and dishwasher, as well as good preparation area. Bathroom clean with large good shower. Excellent location on edge of old town. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with tram stop across road. Only a 10 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean, and good heating, though individual heaters in bedroom were fiddly to use; but we didn’t really need them. Central a/c was enough. Beds wer firm but comfortable. Floors were serviced by a lift, suiting us grandparents with a 5 year old in stroller. Receptionist Katja, who met us on our arrival, was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Check in not available until 4pm. After overnight train trip arriving at 8am, we would have preferred something earlier. Fortunately Freiburg station has good luggage lockers which we could use for the day.
Check out at 11am was ok, though we got a door knock promptly at 11am by cleaner; we were ready to leave, fortunately.
Front door security didn’t work with QR code, but PIN code worked fine.

החדר היה מרווח ונקי, היה במטבח כל הכלים הדרושים. המקלחת היתה מפנקת והמיקום היה נהדר.

קיבלנו חדר בקומת קרקע עם חלון לאזור עישון מה שמנע מאיתנו לפתוח את החלון כי לא הרגשנו מספיק פרטיות ולא רצינו שייכנס עשן לחדר. יכול להיות שחדרים אחרים במתחם לא סובלים מהבעיה הזאת.
