Guests arriving by car can contact the property in advance. The property will provide parking suggestions in the area as well as directions to the property. Public parking is available in the surrounding area for a fee.

Please note that the entrance of the property is at the street corner Friedrichring 11/ Röderstraße.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee of EUR 15 per pet per day, this fee needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Please note that guests arriving by car need to purchase an environmental badge ('Umweltplakette') in advance due to the property's location within the low-emission zone of Freiburg.

Disappointing stay, would not recommend
Pros:

There was good air conditioning, which was a live saver during the heatwave.

Cons:

I initially got room 001 for the first two nights, which was adjacent to the main entrance, and I could hear the door slamming throughout the whole day and all the chatter at the reception and the courtyard. They moved me upstairs for the last two nights, which was such a relief, but I really had to push this with the reception to get my issues acknowledged. With the second room, the shower didn’t have hot water, but it was bearable in a heatwave.
While the rooms were generally clean, the decor of the rooms felt a little cold and eerie, which deducted from the experience further more.

It was a good one if I remove the whole Parking Issue
Pros:

Everything in the property was nice and well maintained. I had a nice stay. The only issue is the parking where after paying in advance my parking place was taken up by another car and it took me close to 2 hrs to get that resolved. The staff did offer to give the money back but thats not the point. After such a long day. I would have loved to park and relax which did not happen.

La ubicación era excelente. El apartamento muy limpio, la cocina bien equipada, las camas muy cómodas y tener aire acondicionado con la ola de calor que nos cogió no tiene precio. Hice el chekin pteviamente en su web y al llegar tenias una máquina para leer el Qr de mi móvil. Había personal para ayudarte con la máquina aunque no parecía difícil. La máquina te da la tarjeta de la habitación. Nuestro apartamento de 2 habitaciones era muy amplio y con 2 baños

Cons:

El tipo de cafetera era Philips senseo y aunque te dan cafe para usarla me gusta mas las cafeteras de cápsulas pero es cuestión de gustos.
Las almohadas eran incómodas. Todo lo demás genial

Muy buena elección
