Excellent location and spotless apartment.
Pros:

The property was very clean and exactly what it advertises itself to be; a very efficient apartment that is spotless and well appointed. It is not a luxury hotel but instead a great spot to spread out and see the old town. The complementary washer and dryer were an added bonus.

Gute Ferien-Wohnung im Leipziger Vorort mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im Innenhof und die neuen Fenster sorgen für eine ruhige Atmosphäre, vom Strassenlärm oder anderen Bewohnern war sehr wenig zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos, meine Anfragen wurden umgehend und ausführlich beantwortet. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden, ich konnte sogar im Innenhof direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Bus- und S-Bahn-Haltestellen sind direkt um die Ecke, die Verbindungen in die Innenstadt oder zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es immer wieder mal unangenehm nach Gulli gerochen.

Schöne Wohnung, top Lage - wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt von Freiburg ist perfekt - zentral, aber ruhig.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist ein bisschen schwierig, wenn man viel Gepäck hat; der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz ist ca. 8 Min. Gehzeit entfernt vom Apartmenthaus mit den Ferienwohnungen.
Die Kopfkissen waren extrem dick - wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte sich sein eigenes mitbringen.
Die Wohnung roch leicht nach Rauch, obwohl es eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung war.
