- Komfortabler 24/7 Check-In
- Für 3-4 Personen ausgestattete Küche
- Fenster sind sehr Schalldicht / man hört die Straße nicht
- Schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen
- Moderne Einrichtung
- Handtücher für alle Personen

Cons:

- Die Einrichtung ist zwar sehr modern aber Wände und andere Gegenstände die oft angefasst werden sind teils stark abgenutzt
- Bezahlung über externe Plattform etwas umständlich dafür jedoch interessante und wichtige Informationen zur Unterkunft
- Sofa im Wohnzimmer fehlt im mit Freunden o. Familie gemeinsam sitzen zu können

Pros:

Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan (Bäcker/Supermarkt).
Die Whg hatte alles was man für einen Städtetrip braucht.

Pros:

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado y comfortable, luminoso. La ubicación es optima. Está a pasos de la Estación Dehnhaide con conexión a toda la ciudad facilmente. Supermercado, kiosko y lavadero de ropa a escasos metros. Muy lindo todo. Las instrucciones para check in/out muy claras y prácticas. Se puede entrar en cualquier momento sin necesidad de coordinar el horario con nadie.

Gute Wohnung mit Mängeln
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage war optimal um schnell und einfach per U-Bahn alles zu erreichen

Cons:

Die Wohnung hätte etwas besser gereinigt werden können. Der Abfluss sondert einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch ab und ein permanentes piepsen durch die ganze Nacht hindurch, aus dem darunter liegendem Penny oder einer der umliegenden Wohnungen, erschwert die nächtliche Ruhe.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, unten direkt ein Supermarkt, ein paar Meter weiter ist ein Bäcker und um die Ecke die U-Bahn Station. Die Appartements sind sehr groß, wir hatten zwei für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und konnten gut zusammen in einem Appartement essen und uns aufhalten. Für ein Wochenendtrip genau das richtige.

Cons:

Im Wohnzimmer hört man die Hauptstraße sehr, sodass wir den Fernseher ein Stück lauter drehen mussten, uns hat es aber nicht so sehr gestört, da wir zu Hause einen Flughafen nebenan haben aber ich denke ein paar Leute würde das stören.

Hamburg ist sehr schön, die Unterkunft ist es auch mit Größe und Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage, die Größe und die Ausstattung des Apartments war wirklich gut. Durch einen fehlenden Balkon war das Apartment sehr verraucht.

Cons:

Mir hat die Abwicklung nicht gefallen. Meine Kreditkarte wurde bei der Buchung immer abgelehnt, bei der Buchung des Parkplatzes aber akzeptiert. Mein Karte wurde bisher immer und überall akzeptiert. Diese Buchung mit Aribo hatte mich viel Zeit und Neven gekostet!

Die Toilette roch sehr unangenehm.
Außerdem hat die Firma mir nachträglich 95 € berechnet, angeblich für eine zusätzliche Reinigung – obwohl ich den gesamten Müll ordnungsgemäß in Beuteln gesammelt habe und wir nichts beschädigt haben.

Zahlungseingänge wurden nicht gefunden, Wlan Passwort erst zur Abreise übermittelt..

Es war eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es lagen Kaffeepads auf der Kaffeemaschine. Alles war schön hergerichtet 👍

Cons:

Das laute klappern der Heizung.Und 4 Etage( 72Stufen ) ohne Fahrstuhl. Sehr anstrengend mit vollen Koffer
