Nos encantó la ubicación del alojamiento y que es acogedor

Cons:

La decoración es moderna pero se nota que necesita una reforma por qué hay muchos desperfectos sobre todo en paredes y rodapiés

Cons:

Al llegar después de las 18:00, no te recibe nadie. Tienes que hacer el autochek in a través del móvil. Si llamas al teléfono de urgencias, la chica que contesta no te ayuda en nada, ni tan siquiera te escucha, se limita a decirte que hagas el autocheckin a través de un enlace que te manda.
Estás en la calle muerto de frío y lloviendo, a ella le da exactamente igual, te dice que hagas el autockekin y te cuelga el teléfono.
Tienes que esperar a que algún cliente alojado abra la puerta para poder entrar en el edificio, y luego 20 minutos intentando averiguar cómo hacer el check in, y cuando terminas de rellenar los datos, es cuando te envían las claves para acceder al edificio y a tu habitación. Un despropósito.

Lo que mal empieza bien acaba
Pros:

Ubicacion excelente. Atencion muy buena por parte del personal. El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion pequeña en el quinto piso. El wifi no llegaba y se percibian fuertes olores de las tuberias. A la mañana siguiente nos cambiaron amablemente a una suite espaciosa y muy bonita. Vistas a la calle y una cama supercomoda. La ducha excelente. Sin duda repetiremos

Cons:

La falta de un espacio para los clientes en el lobby. La falta de wifi en el quinto piso. Los fuertes olores a tuberia en la habitacion 53
