El aseo pequeño, los estores muy sucios y el aire acondicionado goteó toda dentro de la habitación.

This place was so nice, my largest complaint is the lack of a cutting board.

La mampara de la ducha no estaba bien, hay q arreglarla, y no disponía de sarten para cocinar. También faltaba secador pero lo solicité y me lo dejaron sin problema

Not keen on open style bathroom, even though it looked good. Since we were minutes from the main beach, it would have been good if we could have rented or borrowed beach chairs or beach towels to use during our stay.

1.Sin visillos y con ventanas enfrente muy cerca.
2. A/acondicionado programado para apagarse a los 6 minutos.
3. Demasiado calor e humedad.
Sábana bajera de plástico que aumentaba esas sensaciones.
4. Sin armario para la ropa.
5. Cocina poco equipada, sin ninguna pieza textil y con útiles de limpieza de origen incierto.
6. Tras tres días de estancia, el cambio de toallas solo posible pagando un extra.
7. Cisterna que se atasca, papel higiénico escaso y de muy baja calidad.

Las almohadas, demasiado blandas.

La falta de aparcamiento gratuito

No windows in ground floor suite - our room was a converted corridor of the period refurbished building which meant that the only source of light were frosted windows very high up which let in minimal light but no fresh air. The old doorways were boarded up and covered with massive mirrors which made the room look bigger in pictures but made got a very odd space to live in - there are four wall sized mirrors following your every move.

The kitchenette had very limited utensils and not even basic supplies like salt / pepper which are the basics you'd have in most apart-hotels. All the appliances is also stowed away in the drawers so outside of making a tea / coffee or reheating food, it wouldn't really be a comfortable space to work remotely for a few days or an extended stay of you're expecting to cook a few meals for yourself.

Overall, the lack of ventilation meant that wet beach clothes, towels and the bathroom remained perpetually soggy.

Overall, the space felt very bare minimum (for example, the reception informed us that a refill of filtered tap water was chargeable even though a note in the room said otherwise, the toilet rolls provided were small and we ran out, and there were no extra rolls in the room).

Overall, we found that the space and fittings looked good but didn't hold up to closer scrutiny once we started using things.

We were also charged our deposit twice, and there was no record of this at the reception. If we hadn't noticed the charge, we'd have missed this completely. The staff at reception were very helpful trying to get to the bottom of it and returning the amount but alongside the other niggles, we should have done a bit more research before booking.
