Important information:

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.

Reception opening hours:
Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
Closed on Wednesdays.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For 1-week stays, keys are to be collected at 17:00. Upon departure keys are to be returned at 10:00.

The price includes bed linen, TV, and all taxes and charges (except the local tax).

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Well located affordable accommodation
Pros:

Location is good and property was affordable

Cons:

There was only one mug in a property for 5/6. The neighbours music was loud and annoying

Very good location at a decent price just don’t expect much

Not as advertised. Did not have a bed frame in the apartment. Also tried to take 200 euro out of my account the day I left when there wasn’t anything wrong with the apartment
