В целом отель и персонал отличный озывчивый
Pros:

Номер просторный отель находиться недалеко от моря завтрак отличный 👍

Cons:

Горничные плохо убирают в номере под кроватью не моют пыльно пока не попросила помыть, на балконе тоже грязно нет сушилки для белья, надеюсь все минусы учтете

Шикарный отель , скажу даже больше -он один из самых уютных. Останавливаемся не впервые, но в этот раз нам посчастливилось пожить в апартаментах. Все понравилось, достаточно комфортно, чисто, есть все необходимое ( фен, утюг, гладильная доска) даже стиральная машина была и мини кухня с холодильником. Балкон с прекрасным видом на море 🌊 , чувствовали себя как дома. В наши апартаменты входил бассейн, баня, хаммам, но у нас не получилось посетить, т.к. целый день проводили на море. Завтраки вкусные, каши, омлет, гренки, овощи, йогурты. А какая приятная очаровательная женщина готовила свежие блины, каждое утро встречала нас с улыбкой, спасибо ей огромное 🫶 В целом хочу отметить весь персонал очень приветливый, доброжелательный, на все наши просьбы реагировали молниеносно, все наши желания реализовывались моментально. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу. Наш отдых удался на славу, обязательно еще вернемся. Miramar -однозначный фаворит 🔥

тихое место, море рядом, вкусные завтраки и комфортные бассейны.
Pros:

Самый большой плюс море очень близко. Утром перед завтраком спокойно ходила к морю, буквально за 10 минут доходила. Сам отель находится подальше от городского шума, поэтому очень тихо и спокойно. Завтраки очень вкусные, выбор хороший. Бассейны тоже комфортные, приятно проводить там время.

Cons:

Из минусов только то, что в номере не было холодильника

Впечатление оставили так себе , я б не вернулся в это место еще раз

Хамам , завтрак конечно шикарный

Cons:

Персонал который не компетентный, ситуация с депозитом тоже выглядит странным , то что они сами не дали халаты и потом спрашивают при выезде а где халаты это было совсем конечно , над сервисом работать и работать

Excellent value for money. Ideal hotel to stay in Aktau City, especially if you plan to do a tour to Mangystau, they can keep your luggage if you book with them before and after your tour. Getting to the city center by Yandex is easy and affordable. The breakfast was great. The room was very big, clean, with comfy bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Nice spa facilities too.

Cons:

The sauna and steam room were not open in the morning, so we could only use the jacuzzi and indoor pool.
Sadly, the beach in front of the hotel looks nice from afar, but once you approach the water you can see and smell the pollution coming from nearby factories.

Отличный апарт отель. Хорошее расположение. Вежливы персонал.

Cons:

Душевая лейка не была закреплена, приходилось одной рукой держать, другой мыться. Обещали исправить на второй день прибытия, но так и не исправили. Надеюсь следующим постояльцам повезет больше. На кровати под простыней наматрасник в половину меньше размером самой кровати. Постоянно сбивался , и образовывался комок под простыню . Спать было не очень комфортно.
