Nice resort-style hotel near seafront in Aktau
Pros:

The room itself was excellent, nice and spacious, with a large bed and sofa/bed in the living room/kitchen and a large bed in the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious and all worked fine. Balcony with table and seating and a view of the sea. Kitchenette worked fine. Wifi worked well enough. Bottled water provided and quickly restocked on request. Staff were friendly and helpful, let us check in early, and restaurant was always staffed and available, and generally decent value. Breakfast provided was substantial enough, with pancakes and eggs cooked to order on one morning. Staff spoke English. Spa area was good, with two pools and sauna, gym, etc, and towels and dressing gowns, etc, provided in room. Located opposite beach and next to bus stop. Good value.

Cons:

The meat platter in restaurant was overcooked and overpriced, and beer was sour. (I know it wasn't the season, but if it's on offer, you still expect it to be decent enough.)

Отель превзошел все наши ожидания! Скажу больше - он оказался одним из самых уютных и приятных отелей из всех, что мы посещали:

- Очень вежливый, доброжелательный и приятный персонал (Что управляющие, что администраторы/повара/официанты и т.д. Все наши пожелания реализовывались фактически моментально

- Уютный номер. Буквально чувствуешь себя как дома, но с прекрасным видом на море и со всеми удобствами отеля

- Невероятно вкусный ресторан на территории отеля (Понравился больше чем все кафе/рестораны, что мы успели посетить в городе)

- Чистый бассейн, баня и хамам. Все блестит, отсутсвует противный запах хлорки и т.д. Отдыхать одно удовольствие


Обязательно вернемся с повторным визитом! Однозначный фаворит среди отелей

Cons:

- Пару раз не было воды (Знаю, что это проблема города, а не отеля), но тем не менее, такое случалось

- Стабильность интернета оставляет желать лучшего. Порой он работал нормально, но периодически приходилось ждать прогрузки страниц по несколько минут

Уютный отель рядом с морем
Pros:

Очень уютный отель в 200 метрах от пляжа и моря. Хороший завтрак, есть доступ в спа с бассейном. Номер люкс с двумя спальнями идеально подходит для семейного отдыха.

Cons:

Актау это всегда вызов для туриста. В городе сервис обслуживание слабый, мало что открыто и работает не в сезон. Поэтому этот отель просто подарок - можно заказывать еду из ресторана в номер круглый день.

Pros:

Брали люкс для семьи из 5 человек. В номере 2 комнаты. Так же есть мини кухня оборудованная, стиральная машина. Как в аппартах. Все чистенько.
