Good hotel with a beautiful view over the Caspian Sea
Pros:

I had a good experience at this hotel. The bedroom was spacious, as was the bathroom, and both were well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made crêpes.
The view over the Caspian Sea was beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant hotel.

A nice if rather expensive spa stay in Aktau
Pros:

the Suit was large and clean, with a lovely big balcony and TV, and the bed was super soft and comfy. Having a Kitchen and Fridge meant you can make your own food which was a big bonus. The Spa area is nice with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as an ice bucket - and the gym is functional if a little basic. Breakfast was buffet style with a nice pancake and omelette station, and the staff were helpful, texting every morning to see if I needed cleaning or toiletries. It’s a short bus ride into town if you need anything.

Cons:

The rooms are feeling their age, they’re a little outdated. The kitchen has the bare minimum, a few plates, glasses and utensils but not enough to really cook anything otyer than basic meals. We had to ask for another pan which they provided so no issues there. The jacuzzi in the Spa was closed for renovation on the 3rd of our 4 days, with no warning which was a shame, and the breakfast can be a little boring as it’s the same day after day. It didn’t live up to the price in most areas and the pictures are definitely not recent. The lady manager is also lacking in customer service, which her colleagues were great at. She was rude at times when a little empathy was required.

Nous avons aime la piscine et la partie sauna / hammam ainsi que la salle de sport.
La chambre est sympathique.
Les 2 personnes de la réception qui parle anglais étaient sympathique et nous ont aidées.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peu varié et chronométré ! Plus aucun service a partir de 9h30 (alors que la fermeture est a 10h)
Dommage que le sauna et le hammam n'ouvre que de 18 a 23h.
Les massages semblaient bien, mais au moment de réserver, les prix ont triplés...
Difficulté de communication avec le personnel, et impossible avec les non anglophone.
Une impression de gêner régulièrement.
Insonorisation de la chambre médiocre. Pas de rideau occultant.

В принципе соответствует цена качество. А так можно еще улучшить для клиентов.
Pros:

Хороший отель со свежим ремонтом, современной мебелью и чистыми санузлами. Порадовал хороший бассейн, который открыт с самого утра и до 23:00, а также наличие сухого и мокрого пара. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные (с 8:00 до 10:00), с отличной кофемашиной. В номере есть чайник, на ресепшене — кулер с питьевой водой. Расположение до центра города не далеко, быстро можно добраться на такси.

Cons:

Не совсем продумана эргономика номеров: шкафы и полка для обуви расположены неграмотно и мешают удобно открывать дверь. В санузле слишком высоко закреплена лейка душа и вода уходит в стенку (приходится доставать вручную чтоб умыться), а полотенцесушитель висит прямо над туалетом, хотя напротив есть свободная стена. Ночью летают комары, поэтому нужно обязательно включать фумигатор. Также стоит учесть, что на завтраке блины перестают готовить уже после 9:30, поэтому за ними лучше приходить пораньше. В самом номере зачем стоит слишком большой холодильник, который занимает много лишнего места, концепция отеля другая ведь. Не работал джакузи, в помещений бассейна было холодно, хоть сам бассейн не теплый.

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Le camere erano molto pulite e avevano tutte il balcone. La struttura dispone di un ampio parcheggio recintato.
La SPA e la piscina erano incluse nel prezzo e si poteva richiedere il servizio bar alla sdraio tramite apposito campanello. I receptionist e camerieri erano tutti molto disponibili e siamo riusciti a comunicare nonostante il loro inglese fosse veramente scarso. Malgrado le difficoltà, sono stati sempre cortesi e sorridenti.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato 3 camere deluxe e un miniappartamento. Solamente due delle camere erano effettivamente deluxe, mentre una di queste era veramente molto piccola. Credo che ci abbiano dato una camera economy. Tutto sommato, era pulita e per dormirci solamente una notte, è andata più che bene.

Номер просторный отель находиться недалеко от моря завтрак отличный 👍

Cons:

Горничные плохо убирают в номере под кроватью не моют пыльно пока не попросила помыть, на балконе тоже грязно нет сушилки для белья, надеюсь все минусы учтете
