Great place with private pool and everything you need + close to the beach
Pros:

Great villa with everything you may need on your family holiday - all amenities, super clean, caffee with fresh pastry and a restaurant / pizzeria just around the corner, and a private swimming pool and jacuzzi - kids loved it. Nice public beach with fine sand is 5-10 min walk. Dana is the best host I ever had - super kind always helpful and responsive. The villa consists of two separate apartment each with its own set of amenities, bathroom, kitchen and own patio and jacuzzi (swimming pool is just one, shared). The units are connected but can be separated. Beach umbrellas provided. Supermarket and some shops 10 min walk. Also, there's a train station connecting to nearby towns (Anzio and Nettuno), around 7 min walk... I rarely give 10, this one is really worth it.

Cons:

Can't think of anything - the part of Anzio closest to the villa is basically a suburb so not the most pittoresque one, but offers what you need. You can take train (10 min ride) to the old Anzio or Nettuno for an afternoon trip :)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Kinga, enjoying the beach and eating a lot of pizza from the restaurant nearby.

Exceptional
Pros:

This is a very nice and comfortable place to spend your holiday close to the see. We (the whole family) loved the time we spent here. The beach, the restaurants, the bar are walking distance. And if you don't want to go to the beach, you can use the pool and jacuzzi. The hosts are really freindly and helpful.

Cannot recommend enough!
Pros:

What wasn’t there to like? We’ve had the most wonderful week at Villa Kinga. Our hosts were sublime, they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay.
You feel at home from the moment you meet Dana. Beautiful pool and 3 mins from a beautifully clean beach!
The apartment if fresh, roomy and comfy. The outside seating area is so lovely for an evening meal and drink. We didn’t want to leave.

Cons:

A longer holiday!
