Im Grossen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft im Grossen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Service:
Ich hatte bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt mehrmals Kontakt mit der Unterkunft und meine Fragen wurden jedes Mal sehr schnell und hilfreich beantwortet.
​Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren ebenfalls äusserst gastfreundlich und die Lage des Chalets ist mit der super Aussicht einfach top. Wir haben dort den Jahreswechsel verbracht und das Feuerwerk, das der Besitzer organisiert hat, war absolut der Hammer!

Cons:

- Die Pfanne war leider sehr abgenutzt und von minderwertiger Qualität. Da sich die Beschichtung löste, hatten wir leider Rückstände davon im Essen.
- Wir haben die Bademäntel vermisst, die auf den Fotos ersichtlich waren.
​- Leider haben die meisten von uns eine Follikulitis bekommen. Betroffen waren genau jene Personen, die den Whirlpool am intensivsten genutzt haben, weshalb wir einen Zusammenhang vermuten. Das war sehr schade, da wir den Whirlpool mit der tollen Aussicht eigentlich sehr genossen haben.

Super journée et soirée d’anniversaire pour ma part 🥰

Le jacuzzi, les lits, la cuisine, les douches, le chalet dans sa globalité était vraiment cocooning !

Cons:

Le chauffage met un peu beaucoup de temps à chauffer mais après c’était top !
