Beautiful flat with ocean view- last minute booking saved our vacation!
Pros:

Beautiful flat with large balcony facing the ocean. The flat itself was clean and had everything we needed, including a hammock to rest and enjoy the sound of the sea. The building pool is very nice and wasn’t too crowded. We booked here last minute after originally starting in a pousada in Carapibus that was not as nice as expected and we were able to book here and check-in the same day when we decided to move. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Cons:

Only a couple minor things that are helpful to know but didn’t take away from the experience. Be aware that there is no restaurant at the building so you will need to bring your own food and drinks- there are good restaurants about a 10 minute drive away too. Also, the road for the last block leading to the building is unpaved and quite bumpy. We were able to pass in our sedan, but had to drive carefully. The beach directly in front is rocky and not good for swimming but there are good swimming spots within a short walk.
Again, these weren’t negatives about the flat, but are helpful to know before booking.

Preço das comidas na praia, achei salgada, mas isso é uma realidade muitas praias. Da próxima levarei mais opção de comida pra fazer no flat.

Apartamento impecável, mas o condomínio precisa melhorar muito

Apartamento impecável, anfitriã atenciosa, cama confortável, chuveiro potente, o apartamento com certeza é o ponto alto da hospedagem! Praia excelente, paraíso!

Cons:

O prédio precisa urgente de reformulação! Muito simples, precisam despertar! Academia está antiga, salão de jogos e parquinho infantil desatualizados. Falta uma sauna, urgente! Fomos por 2X maltratados pelo porteiro Sergio, rude, grosso e sem educação! O restaurante fechou, não funciona mais! Falta serviço de praia por parte do condomínio, para ver se os porteiros fazem algo útil invés de abordar hospedes rudemente. Isso está na contramão da tendência mundial de hospitalidade e acolhimento nos shortstay. Equipe precisa ser revista.

Excelente flat com vista deslumbrante para o lindo mar do litoral sul da Paraíba. Apartamento tipo Studio mas muito bem espaçoso, ar condicionado bom, cozinha equipada, camas e enxoval de boa qualidade, banheiro espaçoso. Foi fornecido enxoval completo de cama e banho, com mantas de cobrir (isso é um diferencial).

o condominío é beira mar, com piscina e super organizado com recepção 24h e muitas vagas na garagem,

A anfitriã foi super gentil e comunicativa desde o momento da reserva, demonstrando proatividade e flexibilidade em atender às nossas necessidade.
