Improvements required
Pros:

The location of the hotel is super convenient and in a very beautiful place. I have fond memories of Al Jadaf having stayed in another hotel nearby.

Cons:

Considering that we stayed for 2 weeks, I expected the room cleaning to be frequent and thorough but housekeeping was only done once despite the promise of twice per week? I genuinely feel that a lot still needs to be improved without going into much detail. Some of the hotel policies were slightly archaic in my book.

Pros:

The cooperation and assistance from the nursing staff, along with providing all necessary supplies, were excellent. The hotel was clean and family-friendly. Many thanks to Ms. Nada Al Mansouri, Mr. Rashfa, and Ms. Lin for their warm welcome.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and accomodating specially Ms. Lyn. She upgraded our rooms.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is with very limited optiins. They need to upgrade the buffet brrakfast with adding more items. Room service was not available at night. Hotel cannot provide you food except breakfast, but ouside deliveries are available.

Washrooms are very small and conjusted..

Nice hotel to stay
Pros:

Staff are very helpful hotels offer studio with kitchen and fridge fully equipped so you can cook your own food. Long term stay also available

Awesome stay, welcoming staffs
Pros:

What we liked about the hotel was the fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient during our stay. The swimming pool was nice and enjoyable, especially for relaxing with family. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food choices. We also appreciated the good room size, which felt comfortable and spacious. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were all nice, friendly, and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast area was a bit difficult to find since it was located behind a huge empty hall, which made it confusing for first-time guests. Other than that, our stay was nice and comfortable. The breakfast itself was delicious and we enjoyed the food selection.

Amazing premises but unfortunately bad management
