Irresponsible owner. They are not operating the homestay and yet did not remove their account from booking.com
Actually I did not manage to check in as I called the property. The owner ignore all my phone call. Very bad experience. As it was very late at night I have to go to other hotel in sitiawan to get a room.
Hope you could refund our money due to this cheating done by the owner of the room.

I got scammed with Goopro. Upon arrival, the property agent (Goopro) cannot be contacted to check in. Paid but no place to stay. Caused hassle as I need to find somewhere else to stay since I booked for racing in Perak Multisports Festival. Thus, I would like to request refund from Booking. Please do not allow this agent for property management

booked for 1 night on 31/05/2025.
when i arrived, the management of the homestay that i booked informed me that Goopro is a scammer.
i have been denied access to the homestay.
i cant file a complaint at the booking.com customer service in the app as it does not have a complaint form.
i have emailed to booking.com to cancel the payment on the same day but no response.
dissapointed.

This property is a scam. When we want to check in, the number we dial is not in service. No one answering. We have to pay in advance and if canceled, we cant get the refund. Totally suck !

Goopro is a scam. I booked here and they never contacted me about how to check in, they never replied to my calls, emails, whatsapps, or booking.com messages before check-in or ever since. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. Booking.com contacted them (somehow) and Goopro claimed to have properly accommodated me and refuses to refund my money.
