La Dolce Vita direkt am wunderschönen Lago Maggiore.

Atemberaubende Seesicht, tolles Appartment mit schöner Terrasse. Sehr freundlich. Hervorheben möchten wir ebenfalls das sensationelle Restaurant mit wunderbarem Essen und herzlichen Menschen. Abkühlen im Pool & See, Dolce Vita geniessen.

Pros:

We loved how peaceful this location was, and the location directly on the lake was a plus. There is parking conveniently located right next to the hotel, and the staff were quite friendly.

Our room was very spacious, with lots of hangers in the closet and space for our things (handy, as we were there for a wedding).

We hope to be back sometime in late summer, when we can do more swimming.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich toll

Cons:

Es gab kein Warmwasser, als wir angekommen sind und auch die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Für Mitte Oktober ist das natürlich eine kleine Katastrophe. Man bot uns an 50 % Rabatt zu gewähren oder die Buchung komplett zu stornieren. Die zugesagten 50 % haben wir gerne angenommen – jedoch nie von der Unterkunft erhalten. Es wurde ein knapp 15-prozentiger Rabatt erstattet und auch auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen und auffordern, die fehlende Rabattierung auszugleichen, wurde leider nicht reagiert.

Ein Traumurlaub am Lago Maggiore, das Apartement super ausgestattet, besonders die riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Der Pool sehr groß, Badetreppen direkt am See, alles wunderschön.

Unsere Buchungsdaten gelangten an Dritte, welche mehrere betrügerische Nachrichten an uns geschickt haben. Die Mitarbeiterin des Hotels hat das nicht interessiert, es habe nichts mit ihnen zu tun. War sehr unfreundlich.
