Pros:

Great location for all touristy needs. The apartment was more spacious than we expected and a perfect size for 2 travelers. Overall a superb choice especially when price is also considered.

Everything was smooth and comfortable. Good stay, no major issues
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is very convenient and easy to get around. The unit itself is small but clean, well-equipped, and just nice for a family of 5.

Cons:

A couple of minor things — the aircon remote was a bit confusing at first, and the first few nights felt warm until we figured out the settings. Also, you can hear some train noise and sounds from nearby units, so better soundproofing would be a plus.

Pros:

自助入住，全程不會遇到任何員工，check in的平板有中文模式，不會日文也可以順利入住。傢俱看起來都蠻新的，米白色調的房間住起來視覺上很舒服。廚具齊全，還有大冰箱可以冰很多東西。有提供洗衣機和洗衣精，雖然沒有烘衣設備，但陽台有曬衣架可以掛衣服很快就乾。

Cons:

雖然離新今宮車站和動物園前站很近，但往飯店的小路會遇到一些喝酒的人和遊民之類的，晚上要小心不要太晚回去。房間會聽到地鐵經過的轟隆聲，但不影響睡眠。

今年2月初，天氣真的好冷！幸好臥室一台暖氣，客廳也有一台。雖然氣溫很低！房間很溫暖。熱水出水浴缸也是新的。

Pros:

空間滿大的，有廚房有洗衣機，很適合旅遊多天的人！離車站近，這幾天不管是搭私鐵或JR線都在同一個地方！轉程超方便！飯店客服回覆問題也是很有效率！cp值很高！值得來住宿！

It's ok with friends and few family adult members to stay but not with kids or in single.

เป็นห้องที่เลือกจะไปพัก เวลาไปโอซาก้ากับครอบครัวเสมอ เพราะว่าห้องใหญ่ สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบ มีอ่างอาบน้ำ และน้ำร้อนร้อนเร็ว มีระเบียงและแอร์ที่สามารถเป็นฮีทเตอร์ได้ ทำเลที่ตั้งดี แม้ว่า จะไม่ได้อยู่ในเมืองมาก แต่ก็มี mega donki กับ supermarket ที่อยู่ในระยะที่เดินไปถึงได้ ร้านอาหารแถวนั้นมีไม่ค่อยเยอะมาก แต่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อที่อยู่ใกล้มากๆ อยู่ใกล้กับรถไฟ JR และ subway

1. อยากให้เปลี่ยนเครื่องครัว เช่นกระทะ และหม้อ ที่ตัวเคลือบกันติดเป็นรอยเยอะมากแล้ว เป็นอันใหม่ได้แล้ว เพื่อความปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งาน
2. เครื่องดูดฝุ่นที่มีให้อยู่ในห้อง ใช้งานไม่ดี ดูดเสร็จพอปิดเครื่องก็มีฝุ่นออกมาอยู่ดี
