Pros:

We stayed here as a family for 11 nights. The photos provided by the property match the reality perfectly.
Even though it was a self check-in process, we entered without any issues. The apartment was spotlessly clean and ready for us to move in. All amenities, including hot water, comfortable beds, the washing machine, and the stovetop, worked exactly as described and were in great condition.

Whenever we had a question, their 24-hour WhatsApp support line responded instantly, which was very helpful.

The location is perfect. You can take the Nankai Express directly from Kansai Airport (KIX) without any transfers. From the station, it’s a flat, easy 10-minute walk with suitcases. It’s also very close to both the West and East exits of the Shin-Imamiya JR station and the Dobutsuen-mae subway station. You can even walk to Dotonbori in about 20-25 minutes.

I would like to express my love and respect to the entire team. Thank you! This will definitely be our first choice when we visit Osaka again.

Wifi超快，好像400mb，從來沒用過飯店網路這麼快的，飯店設備很不錯該有的都有，空間也很大，雖然在西城區，但晚上算安靜，晚上附近有遊民，但也沒發生甚麼事情，浴室水超大，溫度自己調整，枕頭很舒服，兩張單人床，床有點小，但也還好，位置離地鐵跟車站都很近，入住跟退房前客服都會給完整資訊，沒遇到甚麼問題，整體來說很棒。

十分的宽敞！我觉得还蛮大的！设施十分完善！洗衣机微波炉这些都有。碗筷盘子这些也都有，如果自己想做饭也可以。一切都很好！入住也很方便！下次来玩有机会还想住！离公交站也很近！离罗森全家也很近！睡觉的被子也很舒服！图片也很写实！和图片上一样。
