Interior was nice, spacious enough for two without issues. Water heater is always working hot in this cold season. They even have Dyson hairdryer.
Came with smart tv as well which is a nice thing to have!

Un seul miroir dans le couloir, compliqué pour se faire un brushing.
Aucun rangement pour les voyageurs (les seuls existants sont occupés par les affaires du propriétaire). Pour une nuit, cela passe mais passer une semaine à ouvrir et fermer les valises parce qu'on ne peut pas ranger les affaires est très désagréable
Pas d'extraction d'air dans la chambre. Le matin la chambre est très humide avec de l'eau partout et une odeur d'humidité qui ne passe pas malgré le fait d'aérer le logement
Aucun couteau ni ciseaux. Du pas possible de se faire à manger ou d'ouvrir les sachets d'alimentation
Tout est en japonais, pas de traduction en anglais, rien que pour les wc difficile de comprendre comment tirer la chasse
Aucune notice laissée par le propriétaire , pas d'explication pour le fonctionnement du lave linge et sèche linge
Procédure d'entrée très compliquée, sans la présence de l'homme de ménage, nous n'aurions pas pu accéder. Lui même a eu du mal.

Le code wifi n'est pas dans la chambre, il a fallu le réclamer plusieurs fois au propriétaire,

It was nice to have a little space after using hotel rooms. It was a wonderful stay
The location was in a good area to get around , walking distance to the Shinjuku golden Gai area and the Kabukicho area which was great. The host was very nice and was helpful with getting us into the apt.
The bed is pretty firm , And there is no mirror in the bathroom / sink area for shaving or doing makeup the only mirror is in the hall way which has bad lighting and the only sink in the kitchenette area .We did have some ants but not a Hugh problem.
The accommodation provided good comfort in a great location.

someone is obsessed with grey decorations. everything was grey.
If you are 2 people there really isn't a couch for 2, one a chair.
They need to add some hooks for a kitchen towel and for a coat.

This property was very good location, staff, cleanliness, comfortable. I would recommend to others and I would stay again.
Great location! So close to transportation, nightlife, food, and shopping! The washer and dryer Wi-Fi TV blow dryer bidet and heated toilet and shower were all new and easy to use when I do not speak Japanese. Everything was very clean and the floors were great. The spot has a convenient elevator for luggage even though it’s in a busy Area of the city we still got a good decent sleep, and didn’t hear much noise. We will stay again when visiting thank you so much and generally, we felt safe as 2 female travelers.
Amazing studio apartment at a great location. Everything you need is close, such as shinjuku-sanchome station and a nice supermarket.
The apartment has a tv that you can connect with your phone, a microwave, water cooker and a stove. And best of all: a washer with detergent and softener! The bed is very comfortable, with nightlights built in, and plenty of pillows.
The check in process was very easy, we got a guide before we came and got in smoothly.
There was no hook at the sink to hang a towel. Would've been easier.
Not very sound proof. Sometimes we could hear our neighbours pretty loudly. Wasn't a big problem for us though.
The location was super close to the station and the apartment was very roomy for a 1LDK
